 Lift Handset or Press Speaker


To Place An Internal Call
 Dial Extension Number

 Lift Handset or Press Speaker


 Dial “9”+ telephone number.
To Place An External or Trunk Call
 To end a call, just “hang up” and replace
handset or press Speaker.

Answering A Call  Lift Handset or Press Speaker

 While on a Call, Press Hold Key


 Line Key will flash
Placing A Call On Hold
Retrieving a Held Call:
 Press the flashing Line Key

 Press the Redial key


Redial  To scroll, press the Up or Down key
 To dial, press Speaker or # key

Blind Transfer
 While engaged on a call, press
Transfer key
 Dial the desired extension number
 Hang up to complete the call transfer

Automatic Transfer
 While engaged on a call, press
To Transfer a Call
Transfer key
 Dial the desired extension number
 Wait for an answer, then announce the
call
 Hang up to complete the call transfer
Or
 Press the flashing line key and return to
the original call

 While engaged with a call, press
Transfer key.
 Dial desired number to join in the
conference
Conference Calls
 Wait for an answer, then announce the
conference call
 Press Conf key softkey to activate
conference call.

 If a Called party is busy, press CB


softkey and replace the handset
 After the called party has finished his
Call Back / Trunk Queuing call, your extension will ring for the call
back
 Lift the handset and the called party’s
phone will ring

 Lift handset or press Speaker
 Press FDA soft key + target extension
number
 Receive Service Set Tone then hang up
Call Forwarding - All Calls

 Press FDA soft key to deactivate
