NYSC, etc.

Taofik is a social media content writer, Strategist and account manager for Executives,
professionals and organisations. From March to December 2021, he coordinated the
communication and public relations activities of Innovative Data Solution Ltd (IDS Africa) as
the Corporate Communication Manager, an ad-hoc role.

He was pleased to accept a volunteer appointment in 2021 as a Board Member of the


Organisational Leadership and Development Network (OLDN).

Taofik holds a degree in English Language from Tai Solarin University of education. He has a
certificate in Learning and Development from LinkedIn. He is currently taking a Mini-MBA
certificate course from Tekedia Institute. He has a Business Process Analyst certificate from
Business Process Management Institute (BPMI). He holds a certificate in Leadership from the
GOTNI Leadership Academy. He also added a six-month-long Leadership Development
Programme Certificate from Orizon Boon Ltd. He holds a certificate in Marketing from Faith
Foundation.

He is uniquely skilled in and energised for programme design, programme content creation,
implementation and public relations. He is in the genre of the upper quartile of eclectic
professionals and team members anyone would enjoy working with for a greater social
impact.

In 2021, Taofik trained Senior Civil Servants gathered from across the nation at the Ibadan
Business School. They were project officers from all the delivery platforms for the NG-CARES
(Covid-19 Action Response Economic Stimulus) a world Bank project, coordinated by the
Federal Government of Nigeria. He had Directors from various states in the Northern and
the Southern parts of Nigeria. Also, Senior officers from various agencies.

Taofik is the founder of The Africa Youth Project that seeks to raise Leaders of industries and
professions in the most unconventional way. He also founded The Sower’s Choice, a youth
and young adult empowerment organisation that empowers professionals, graduates,
women and those undergoing some form of behavioural rehabilitation.

He was an active member of the programme team for the ACT Network NextGen
Presidential Roundtable in May 2018 where he single-handedly sourced for 7 presidential
aspirants. Of the four aspirants that attended the event, 3 were directly from his personal

substantive Programmes Director. Taofik Sanni, alongside his egghead colleagues leading the
affairs of the CSO, ACT Network, has written several press releases addressed to the Federal
Government and State Governments of Nigeria and some of those releases have attracted
positive responses and one of such responses was published on a national Newspaper by
the Federal Government.

In 2017, he organised 4 events of which 2 were on vocational skills development; 1 was on


Youth engagement and cognitive development chaired by Dr Christopher Kolade, the former
Chairman of Cadbury PLC. and High Commissioner to the UK; the last event was in
November on Youth Employment, Employability and Productivity to which he invited Mr
Soni Irabor, Prof. Yomi Fawehinmi, Feyi Olubodun, Ifiok Ukobo, Gbolade Ighodia and other
seasoned speakers.

Aside from the above, between 2011 and 2017, he and his team members, organised online
training on many business-worthy vocational skills including paints production, custard
powder production and some other household items. He also initiated a free English
Language training for SS3 students at Ojodu Grammar School preparing for their external
exams. He organised a Community Development Service project in Jigawa State, a land
where he knew nobody, yet he was able to bring the youths closer to their government. He
got the Ministry of Youths, Sports and Culture of Jigawa State and the then Etisalat (now
9Mobile) as his partners. The successful event led to his award from the Ministry.

His strong communication skills (writing, verbal, listening and critical reading) afford him the
ability to express his message clearly and convincingly in his content creation. He is always
excited to launch an initiative individually as well as work with collaborators. He uses
resources creatively and enjoys an opportunity to improve on existing systems. He has
unique expertise in leveraging strategic partnerships with complementary organisations.
