1. Copper Pipe (Brand: Mueller) for 12 machines
2. Clamps for copper pipes installation
3. External drain pipes (Brand: U Trap) to drain water for 12 machines

Scope of work
 Supply and installation of indoor and outdoor units
 Supply and installation of PI ducting
 Supply and installation of drain pipe to the nearest drain point
 Supply and installation of mechanical ventilations
 Pressure testing and commissioning of all the machines

Guarantee Clause:
 One Year Service after installation free of charge
 Five Years Warranty for the air conditioners
 One Year Warranty for the installation
Quotation Price:
 One hundred and five thousand Dirhams Only AED 105,000
Payment
 1st payment: 60 % advance payment upon sign the contract.
 2nd payment: 15 % when finish the installing the air conditioner
units.
 3rd payment: 15 % when finish the installation duct.
 4th payment: 10% after testing & commissioning of units.
