policies and procedures.
- I am highly skilled in risk assessment, and incident investigation.
- I have a proven track record of implementing safety protocols, identifying and
mitigating hazards, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and
regulations. I am certified in various required HSE certification such as NEBOSH,
IOSH etc.
- I have experience in conducting safety training, audits and inspections, and have
effectively collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure a safe work
environment.
- I am also experienced in HSE reporting and documentation, and have a strong
ability to analyze data and identify trends to improve safety performance.
- I am confident that my knowledge, skills and experience in HSE management

How do you ensure that safety procedures are being followed by employees?
Regular Inspections: I would conduct regular inspections of the workplace to
identify any potential hazards and ensure that all safety procedures are being
followed. This would include inspecting equipment, observing employee behavior,
and checking for proper signage and labeling.
Employee Training: I would ensure that all employees receive proper training on
safety procedures and are aware of their responsibilities in maintaining a safe
work environment. I would also provide refresher training as needed to keep
employees up to date on any changes to procedures or regulations.
Consequences: I would have clear and consistent consequences for any violation
of safety procedures, and enforce them consistently.
