    How do you handle and investigate workplace accidents or incidents?


    First, I would immediately secure the scene of the incident to prevent further
    injuries and preserve any evidence that may be relevant to the investigation.
    Next, I would document the incident by taking photographs, collecting witness
    statements, and recording any other relevant information.
    I would then conduct a thorough investigation into the causes of the incident,
    which may involve reviewing policies and procedures, inspecting equipment, and
    analyzing any available data such as CCTV footage.
    Based on the findings of the investigation, I would identify any contributing
    factors and implement corrective actions to prevent similar incidents from
    happening in the future.
    Finally, I would communicate the results of the investigation to all relevant parties
    and ensure that any necessary training or education is provided to employees to
    prevent recurrence.
    I would also ensure that all the incidents are reported to the relevant authorities
    as per the legal requirements.

    How do you ensure that safety procedures are being followed by employees?
