Wake up at 5 in the morning and complete your daily needs. Take a shower and
start studying subjects which require memory power. Continue for three hours or so,
and must take short breaks every one hour and take some fresh air.
Have you breakfast, read the newspaper a bit and then go back to study. Now do
something calculative like maths. Continue for two hours. Do not take any break this
time because it is just two hours. You need to give lots of focus of the calculations.
So, break might side-track you.
If you have school, I guess you come back home at 2 or 3 in the evening. Take some
rest, get refreshed, eat something and starts studying from 8 p.m. to 10.30 p.m.
These an important 2.5 hours. You need to revise all the subjects that you have
learned that day in school. Plan it well.
Revision is a must for success. Utilise your Saturdays and Sundays properly. You
can add 2 to 3 hours extra in your schedule for revision for the weekend.

Fast Food: Good or Bad

Fast food is a type of food that is prepared and served within a few minutes.
Examples of fast food include chips, carbonated drinks, candy, pizza, burger,
nuggets and so on.
In today’s fast paced life, there is nothing better than getting a ready meal.
Fast food is popular as people find it hassle free to prepare and consume.
It seems like we can find fast food restaurant located nearly everywhere, and
going to drive-through or using home-delivery makes going to fast food restaurant
really appealing. It’s pretty convenient, especially to people who are always on the
go.
However, regular consuming of fast food can result in quick weight gain. It
increases the risk developing diabetes, high blood pressure and a lot of other
obesity- related diseases. Breakfast on fries, burgers and nuggets all meant greater
risk of obesity.
Have you ever wondered why fast food is so delicious? This is due to the
excessive flavouring such as salt, pepper, sugar, oil and also artificial flavouring in
the process of making fast food. Excessive flavouring can also lead to many health
problems as the people are not consuming, the additives with moderation. Food
additives are substances added to food preserve or enhance its taste and
appearance.
Since fast food meals are always taken in a hurry or outside the home,
families do not get to bond or spend quality time at meal times.
With all these in mind, it is important to consume fast food in moderation. After
all, a sedentary lifestyles and unhealthy food are the ingredients to fatal health
problems.
