Dear Sir/ ma’am,

It was great having conversation with you last time regarding Nepali Student’s in Denmark
and it’s possibilities ahead. I am writing this letter to follow up on that matter to cover all the
details relating to that which includes my introduction, my motives behind this initiation and
the mutual benefits we collectively could have.

Main motive

I aspire to promote Denmark’s language, culture, lifestyle and meanwhile giving them the
motivation required to face the challenges of life. Being a 2 nd generation Nepalese migrant, it
was quite difficult for me to adapt the language, culture, lifestyle while being in Nepal since
2011. It’s definitely not going to be an easy journey without getting familiarized with those
aspects.

About myself

As an ambitious and passionate professional with skills and knowledge on youth

development, I take this honored opportunity to introduce myself and my skill set to the
youth and the people associated with them.

With my professional background as a Youth Educator with a specialization in Youth Centric

Development Work acquired through an accredited certification from University College
Copenhagen, Denmark as well as my personal experiences from being born and raised as a
2nd generation Nepalese migrant, I confidently find myself in a position to bridge
intercultural gaps and to help the youth from both my home countries realize and pursue
opportunities that are available to them.

Having developed proficient communication techniques, efficient administrative systems,

and effective development programs for groups and individuals through my years of working
with organizations that focus their efforts on the analytical and methodological resolution of
youth issues. I am constantly building on my educational foundation of Pedagogical Practice,
Educational Psychology, and Educational Sociology, to develop my skill sets to help young
minds reach their true potential. However, my long-term vision is also to contribute to the
sectors of art and music too as I am freelancing as a fashion stylist, interior designer, and
youth motivator simultaneously.

It is with great confidence that I extend my skill set and professional services to establish
collaborative platforms through which to work towards positive individual and social
development of the youth.

I strongly believe with proper guidance, dynamic support systems and a positive
environment catering to the youth, we will be able to maximize growth opportunities and
help individual’s realize personal, professional and social potentials.

As a non-EU/EAA student you can work for up to 20hours a week while you are studying in
Denmark. If you are under 18 years of age, you are only eligible for a work permit if you have
a written offer or contract for a specific position. If you work illegally in Denmark for
example by working more than 20 hours a week as a non-EU/EEA student the Danish
Immigration Service will either revoke your residence permit or refuse to extend it. You
could face a prison sentence or be fine to do such things.

Mutual Benefits

 Danish based language instructor can add a lot of value than having someone from
Nepali origin

 Having a background as youth motivator can engage lots of students outside the
classroom as well. Hence, possibilities of many more future engagements

 Can be a part of the very first Danish language institute in Nepal

 Can work collectively in creating a separate market to enrol students at Danish
universities

I am really looking forward to our healthy collaboration further where we can discuss more
on how we could take this ahead.
