Create the policy for SHARED PC for Windows

1. Sign in to the Microsoft Endpoint Manager admin center.


2. Select Devices > Configuration profiles > Create profile.
3. Enter the following properties:

o Platform: Select Windows 10 and later.


o Profile Type: Select Templates.
o Template Name: Shared-Multi User Device
4. Select Create.

5. In Basics, enter the following properties:

o Name: Enter a descriptive name for the profile. Name your profiles so you can easily identify
them later.
o Description: Enter a description for the profile. This setting is optional, but recommended.
6. Click NEXT.

7. In Configuration settings, toggle the Enable Shared PC mode.

8. Configure the settings as follows:

9. On the Assignments Tab. Click Add Groups.


10. Choose the group that you want to include. And click SELECT.

11. Skip the Applicability Rules. Just click Next.

12. Review your configuration and click CREATE. ALL DONE!
