Taste of Shunde

In 2014, Shunde was one of 18 cities worldwide to be recognised as


a UNESCO City of Gastronomy. The city is widely celebrated as
the cradle and centre of Cantonese cuisine.

Locally spiced crispy skinned Roast Goose, the city’s signature


dessert Double Skinned Milk Pudding, fish cake and dumplings are
some of the staples in a Chef’s repertoire amongst other refreshing
detailed creations.
