RESOLUTION No. 002-S-2022

A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF MR. KURT RYAN


ALIM AS A NEW SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN SECRETARY AND MS. EUGINE MAE
TORRES AS A NEW SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN TREASURER OF BRGY. SAN
RAFAEL II NOVELETA, CAVITE

WHEREAS, the former SK Secretary MR. LEE MARTIN YUAN BERSABE and SK
Treasurer MR. RAVEN P. TIRONA are voluntary resign to their position due to their busy schedules
in work and schooling;

WHEREAS, Section 7 of Republic Act 10742, otherwise known as the Sangguniang


Kabataan Reform Act of 2015, the Sangguniang Kabataan Secretary and Treasurer shall be appointed
by the Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson (SK Chairperson) with the concurrence of the majority of
all the SK Members from among the members of Katipunan ng Kabataan (KK);

Whereas, Mr. Kurt Ryan Alim and Ms. Eugine Mae Torres possesses all the qualifications
for a Sangguniang Kabataan Secretary and Treasurer, respectively, as provided under Section 10 of
RA 10742;

WHEREAS, the unanimously to appoint MR. KURT RYAN ALIM as a new SK Secretary
and MS. EUGINE MAE TORRES as new SK Treasurer of Sangguniang Kabataan of Brgy. San
Rafael II Noveleta, Cavite;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. SK Member Rogelio Santiago and duly seconded
by whole council, this Resolution is hereby approved this 8th day of August 2022.

RESOLVE AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED confirming the appointment of MR. KURT


RYAN ALIM as a new Sanggunuang Kabataan Secretary and MS. EUGINE MAE TORRES as
a new Sangguniang Kabataan Treasurer of Brgy. San Rafael II Noveleta, Cavite
