Introduction
Aim:

This application is specifically developed for students, college staff by overcoming the existing system which does not have any tool to maintain separate data specifically for students rating to a particular staff.

The proposed system is a web application used for maintaining and storing students,staff ratingrecords in the schools/colleges.we have five modules in this application namely admin,students,staff,search and report generation. Admin can add or update or delete the students and staff records and can view ratings,reports specific to the students and staff.

2 . Overall Description
2.1 Existing system:
In the Existing System, 80 to 90% percent of Schools /Colleges still using the manual process to provide rating to a particular staff. Those who are using automation maintains the students rating information, well and good, but in the existing system tool, they are not categorizing the students , staff records, that is we wont have separate tool that focuses only on maintaining the records specific to students, staffs.

2.2 Proposed system:

The proposed system is a web application, used for maintaining and storing students, staffs rating records in the Schools/ Colleges. We have five modules in this application namely Admin, Students, Staff, Search and Report Generation. Admin can add or update or delete the students and staff records and can view ratings, reports specific to the Students and staff.

*Admin can easily update. *fast feedback from the student. *upgradation of system can be easily done. *less maintenance cost.

3. system features:
3.1 admin design:
Admin can view Students and staff records and can view ratings, reports specific to the Students and staff. Admin can search a particular staff and student by providing their name or hall ticket number. And he can view Faculty Details and their subjects and subjects teaching to branches etc.

3.2 students design:


Students have capability to Provide Feedback to a particular Faculty by selecting Branch and year. Faculty Rating will be in two types First one is Rate the overall performance of the particular staff categorized by branch and section, and second One is Rate the staff for each and individual area ( Like Covering all chapters, providing examples).

3.3 reports module:

this particular module provides or generates the reports for the specifiStaff.

3.4 search module:


using this module we can search the particular student/ Staff information. In order to search the student/ Staff information, we need to provide the First Name of the student/ Staff as an input to search module.
