We are looking for Functional Test Engineers who have an expertise in either Mobile App or API
Testing.

The Responsibilities for the job role are as follows:

● Understand the Business Needs of the customer and their Customers.


● Study the requirements, explore AUT and prepare the list of features and user flows to
be tested.
● Gather domain knowledge of the AUT.
● Gather the list of known issues, identify project risks.
● Preparing comprehensive Test Design Document with all test cases for all
● Test Scenarios and Ideas based on functional, user, technical or any other desired
profiles.
● Contribute to peer reviews, wherever applicable.
● Effort Estimation
● Preparation and review of Test scenarios
● Track the change in requirements and modify test artifacts accordingly.
● Test Environment Setup
● Test Execution and Providing Test Reports
● Quality Interactions with Customers via all channels
● Good understanding of web architecture and network calls.
● Exposure to more than one API clients.
● Ability to write complex SQL queries.
● The ability to speak up in sprint planning meetings about testing-related issues such as
testability.

The desired tech skills:

● 2 to 6 years of experience in testing both Web and Mobile Applications


● Expertise in using tools like Dev tools, Charles proxy, Burp Suite, Android Studio,
XCode
● for debugging and analysing logs
● Good understanding about REST API workflow
● Hands on experience in API testing using POSTMAN/Swagger
● Hands on working experience in database like MySQL
● Experience of Agile methodology.
● Experience in Jira for task/test cases/bug logging.
● Proactive, Decisive, self-motivated, ownership attitude with amazing written & verbal
communication skills
