    interest in leasing a commercial space located at Immaculate Concepcion Metropolitan
    Convent.
    We are a business doing catering services for a variety of events such as baptism, birthdays,
    conferences, and executive meetings since July 2014. Our product line includes local dishes,
    pastries and decadent desserts.
