COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Our Business
DINE N’ GO is a partnership owned by seven students from the
University of Saint Anthony. The partnership visualizes the students from the
Senior High School Department as its target market and aims to possibly
have a profitable and healthy relationship with its potential customers.
Although the company may be starting as a small service business, it
envisions itself to become a large-scale company that will offer a variety of
innovative products to give the people the satisfaction and thrill they are
looking for.
CRITICAL RISKS
As DINE N’ GO enter the food business, some risks may come in our way
such
as:
1. Lack of Start-Up Capital
The first barrier that hinders the owners is the start-up capital, which pertains
to the financial or monetary fund together with the equipment that will be used
for the operation of the business. As a food service entity, the business will
need a high start-up capital to buy or acquire the necessary ingredients and
equipment to formulate the product. The two serves as a vital factor in
establishing a business because such resources are the primary prerequisites
needed in every business operation. Moreover, the limited number of
equipment will have an observable effect on the production process of the
business, such that the business may or may not be able to supply the
demands of the market. Therefore, without the monetary funds and
equipment, the business may not bare success
or fruition.
2. Competitive Risk
Another barrier to entry would be competitors. The existence of competitors
tests the loyalty and judgment of customers, such that some people tend to
buy products from pre-existing businesses, since the entity is already well-
known and has established customer loyalty and brand identification. With
this, competitors will affect market share.
MARKETING PLAN
Target Customers

High School Department of the University of Saint Anthony, however,
customers in all grade levels as well as other schools may purchase the
product as well as take part in some of the promos that the business may
develop or make in future plans for the business.
