Follow Up Report

Danilo Madrigal was stabbed to death outside his home in Paranaque City on April 1, 2021. According to the police report, Mr. Madrigal sustained 8 stab wounds, 5 in his back and 3 in his arm. He was rushed to the hospital but was pronounced dead on arrival. A neighbor identified 3 liquor bottles scattered near the crime scene. The police chief provided this follow up report to the City Director to update them on the stabbing investigation.

1. Reference
a. Incident record form pertaining to the arrested person who commit murder dated April
1 2021. Report received 3:30am dated April 1 2021
b. Incident report received via Email on 3:47am of same date;and
c. Progress report of IOC OOA 5:00am of may 11, 2021

2. On April 1 2021 about 2:00am a stabbing incident has transpired at front of house
of Madrigal Family, 4034 rotonda culdesac brgy sunvalley Paranaque city, where in
Danilo Madrigal, 26 years old, single Driver and a resident of 4034 rotonda culdesac
brgy sunvalley Paranaque city. As a result, thereof, the victim sustained a 8 stab of
knife. 5 in his back and 3 are in his arm

3. he was rushed in Paranaque doctors hospital for medical treatment but was
pronounced dead in arrival (DOA) by the attending physician
4. Interview conducted on one of the neighbor of Danilo B. Madrigal identified as Mariel Asuncion
revealed that there were 3 cases of liquior scattered on the road which were picked up by the
bystanders after the incident.

5. Further development will be sent to the office as soon as obtained.
