THE POWER OF POSITIVE CONFESSION
100 POSITIVE CONFESSIONS

INTRODUCTION
We must begin to speak like kings and princess which we are – The
Bible tells us in 2Cor. 5:20 “If any man be in Christ, He is a new creature,
old things have past away, behold all things have become new.” This
new life covers what comes out from our lips.

Our lips should carry new revelations, new wisdom, new songs, positive
confessions and above all power to create.

God said in Genesis 1 – “Let there be light” and there was light. We, who
are created in God’s own image and likeness, also possess God’s
creative ability, when we become born-again.

We must learn to maximize these creative powers in our tongue and

proclaim boldly – “I shall have what I say. I believe therefore, I receive”. I
speak the same thought as God, and His words coming out of my mouth
shall not return to me void, but it shall accomplish the purpose for which
I sent it. In Jesus name it shall be done. As Christians we are not
immune from temptation. Infact they come to us on daily basis in form of
negative thoughts.

But we can take every negative thoughts captive into the obedience of
Christ by speaking the word of God.

These words are helpful for those that may be struggling with battles in
the mind.

Confessing the word of God is one way we can overcome.

2
As we daily confess positively, these five things will begin to happen:
 Every aspect of your life will begin to experience changes (positive
confession is a catalyst of change).
 You will begin to fulfill your destiny in life (positive confession is your
passport to your place of destiny in life).
 You begin to possess your God-given success (confession
precedes possession).
 Your direction in life will become clearer (positive confession sets
your direction and determine how far you can go).
 Our lives are sustained (positive confession will sustain us when all
hope is gone).
1
I am a success not a failure (Joshua 1:8)
Lots of folks always see failure in all they do. The reverse should be the
case as believers. We must have a success mentality, and uproot every
seed of failure. Never believe what others may say about that venture
you are about to go into. Hold firmly to God’s unchanging word, which
contains the promises of success.

I am a blessing not a burden (Genesis 22:17 – 18)

Some individuals are like yoke or burden on others. People do all they
can to avoid these set of individuals like plagues.
Are you a blessing or a burden? The choice is yours. The Lord has
created you to be not just a blessing, but also a channel of blessing.
3
I am a city set on a hill not on a valley (John 8:23)
The valley is a place meant for mediocre. The hill is where champions
dwell. Samson was born a champion, but immediately he took a wife

3
from the valley of Sorek, that was the beginning of his downfall. You
must make a bold decision to remain on the top of the hill and never
think of going down to the valley. Like the scripture tells us – “I will look
up to the hill from whence cometh my help” (Ps. 121:1)
4
I can do all things through Christ that strengthens me (Phil
4:13)
Some individuals are specialists in speaking negatively about any
situation they find themselves. They daily fill their thoughts with “I
cannot”. I cannot be rich, I cannot be healthy, I cannot have children, I
cannot be the first, I cannot get married, I cannot get that job……. etc.
It is really disheartening that Christians also indulge themselves in these
negative confessions. We must realize that all things are possible to
them that believe in the Lord. With men, it may be impossible, but with
God all things are possible.

5
I am the head and not the tail (Deuteronomy 28:13)
Some individuals take delight in being the tail in all areas of their life.
They are either afraid to be the head, or they feel uncomfortable when
they are on top. Your destiny is at the head, not the tail.

6
I am above and not beneath (Deuteronomy 28:13a)
It is not sinful to aspire to become the president of a country, or the
governor of a state or the chairman of a local government. It is only
sinful when we choose to be beneath others all the days of our lives.
Who says you cannot be the leader of people? You have all it takes,
because you have the wisdom of God dwelling in you.

4
7

I am fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalms 139:14)

Some years ago, I was talking with a wonderful sister, and she said
something very depressing: “People say that I am too fat and ugly.” I
tried to convince this beloved sister that what she was told wasn’t the
truth, but it was impossible. She had already registered the negative
comment about her beauty in her subconscious. We must have a high
opinion about ourselves. You are created in a unique way and when you
see yourself in the light of that truth, nobody can say anything contrary to
change your feeling. You are the best God created.

I am the apple of God’s eyes (Deuteronomy 32:10)

This is one of the biggest revelations in Gods word, because knowledge
of this fact gives us peace and rest from every attack of the enemy.
Before anyone can touch or harm you, he/she must harm the lord first,
which is as impossible as the sun rising from the North.

9
I am a lender and not a borrower (Deuteronomy 15:6)
The borrower is a slave to the lender; hence we must break ourselves
free from the yoke of borrowing. As children of the all Sufficient God, we
are created to lend to the nation and not borrow.

10

I am fruitful not barren (2Peter 1:8, Exodus 23:26)

Lots of families are daily afflicted with barrenness, which may be a result
of one medical defect or the other, spiritual curse or affliction by the

5
enemy. And as with the times of old, the lord has sent his assurance of
fruitfulness to his children – “none shall be barren in the land”. If Sarai at
an old age was still able to bring forth a child, then the lord will surely
shame all those that have mocked you, and cause you to be fruitful in
Jesus name, Amen.

11
I am a victor, not a victim (1John 5:4)
We often hear of accident victims, kerosene explosion victims or armed
robbery victims, Air crash victims etc. These accidents leave in their
wake sorrow, pains and heartache. Today, the yoke of been victim is
broken, and we declare boldly that we are victors. In every area of our
lives, we are more the conquerors.

12
I am a winner, not a looser (2Corinthians. 2:14)
The Brazilian National team has a winning mentality. They enter into the
field to play with one purpose - “To win”. This winner mentally saw them
winning the world cup at Korea – Japan 2002 and also made them the
No. 1 footballing nation according to FIFA ranking. So many individuals
and even Christians enter into various ventures with half of their heart
beating failure, failure, failure, and they end up eventually on the loosing
side. Beloved sons and daughters of God, you are born to be winners,
not losers.
13
I am a child of joy not sorrow (Isaiah 61:3)
Joy attracts light, while sorrow attracts darkness. No wonder Jabez cried
out to the lord “to enlarge his coast”. Jabez was not happy because his
name was influencing every aspect of his life. No matter what the enemy
steals from you, never allow the enemy to steal your joy, because with

6
joy, comes strength. Sorrow may last for a night, but joy comes in the
morning
14
I am a divine project, not an abandoned project (Philippians
1:6)
One major feature of the Federal, State and Local Government is the
constant issue of abandoned projects. Billions of naira is yearly wasted
on projects which are later abandoned by dubious contractors. But thank
God we have a heavenly father who delights in starting and ending
everything concerning us. He will never abandon us. That is a promise
he has constantly kept.
15
I am a solution, not a problem (Isaiah 8:18)
Some individuals are celebrated in gatherings, because their presence
carries with them solution where there was an existing problem. So
many are like problem children. Anywhere they go, they leave with them
a trail of problems. Instead of attracting people, they end up
discouraging people. Desire to be a solution to your generation. The
Wright brothers solved the problem of transportation with their invention
of Aeroplane.
16
I am a child of destiny not of accident (Jeremiah 1:5)
A child of destiny is 100% sure of what he / she is born to achieve. A
child of destiny can never be stranded in life. On the contrary, those who
feel they came into this world by accident, never aspire to make any
impact in any chosen field. They are never happy. They end up making
up the numbers, and go just as they came. You are a child of destiny –
you were perfectly and thoughtfully created. You are endowed with

7
wonderful gifts to fulfill that destiny. Go ahead and begin to work into
your God-given destiny. 17
I shall not lack anything good (Psalms 34:10)
The scripture tells us in Psalms 105, how God gave his beloved people
quail to satisfy their hunger and bread to keep them strong. The lord also
gave them water when they become thirsty. That same God is still able
to provide your every need. He knows what is good for you, and as you
call upon him today, he is ready to satisfy your heart desire.

18
I am destined for heaven, not hell (John 14:1 – 3)
Any sane individual who have had a glimpse of hell, will not even wish
his enemy to go there. The story of the Richman and Lazarus is a typical
illustration of the horrifying experiences that awaits those that go to hell.
In contrast, heaven is a place of peace, joy, gladness and abundance.
There would be no weeping or sickness there. It is a place specially
prepared for the saints. If you have not started making preparation to
spend eternity there, you better start right away. The choice of where
you will spend eternity is the greatest choice you can ever make here on
earth.
19

I shall not die, but live to declare the good works of the
lord (Psalms 118: 17).
Majority of people (Christians inclusive) live with the constant fear of
death. It is a demonic yoke which must be broken to enable you live
victoriously. Dave became afraid when his 20th birthday anniversary was
approaching.

8
Reason: Two of his other siblings died before the celebrated their 20th
birthday and an unusual fear enveloped the entire family as Dave was
about to clock 20.
Thank God for faithful men, as a prayer session was held at their family
home, where the spell of death was eventually broken, and Dave is alive
today, declaring the good works of the lord. Never believe what the
enemy says, because he has no right to terminate your life, since he did
not create you. You shall not die, but live. If you refuse to die, no man
can bury you alive!
20

I am an asset, not a liability (Proverbs 31:10 – 29)

Finding yourself with someone who is a liability is one of the most
funniest and difficult task to undertake. Even more pathetic is a situation
when that individual happens to be your wife or husband – you need
divine intervention. Proverbs 31 tells us of the virtuous woman. This
woman does not only have multiple virtues, but she is also an asset to
the husband, family and community. Do people see you and run away or
do the community or society entrust responsibilities on you due to the
Assets you possess? Every spirit of liability is destroyed from your life
today. Begin to acquire assets for exploits.

21
Greater is he that is in me than he that is in the world
(1John 4:4b)
When little David came face to face with mighty Goliath, he knew Goliath
will fall, because he (David) was carrying something greater than twenty
Goliaths added together. The spirit of God that dwells in you is capable
of destroying every opposition standing between you and your
breakthrough. The devil can only bark, he cannot bite. So never be

9
afraid of the enemy. Reason: The combined forces of darkness cannot
withstand the power of God inside of you.
22
I am favoured not cursed (Proverbs 8:35)
My beloved brother or sister out there, you may be feeling lonely,
discouraged and abandoned. You may think you are cursed or destined
for failure or disappointments.
Not so my dear, you are not cursed. Looking at the story of Esther, one
will see many reasons for her to give in to discouragement. Esther chose
to hold on to her unfailing God. She became highly favoured by God and
by the King Ahaserus. Today, I release the favour of God upon your life.
Every curse will begin to disappear, because the lord has redeemed you
from all curses through his precious blood.

23
I am encouraged, never to be discouraged (1 Samuel
30:6)
Discouragement is a killer. When it comes, all hope seems lost, and the
individual looses the will to continue. Some commit suicide or die slowly
and painfully. Discouragement is a trick of the enemy formulated to cut
short your destiny in life. The scripture tells us that David encouraged
himself in the lord his God. He was greatly distressed and had a
thousand and one reasons to give in to discouragement, but he chose to
encourage himself. Even if others don’t encourage you, go ahead and
encourage yourself.

24
My ending shall be better than my beginning (Haggai
2:9)

10
When others think it is over for you, rejoice and be glad because they
have forgotten that your very life is inscribed in the palm of the lord, and
he is ready to lift you when you are down. Job lost all he had, but not
even his wife could persuade him to curse God and die. The result was
so glaring – “The lord blessed the later end of Job more than his
25
beginning”.
I am not a pity, but envy to my generation (Genesis 26:12–
14)
Isaac dwelled in the land of Gerar, where there was famine and lack.
Instead of complaining and winning awards in self pity competition, the
scripture tells us that he waxed great and went forward and grew until he
became very great. The result was that the Philistines envied him. Why
won’t they envy him, when it was obvious that he was a success.
Nobody ever envies a poor man. Never try to win the pity of others.
Choose rather to be an envy to your generation.

26
I refuse to be intimidated (1Samuel 17:32 – 37)
The enemy is the master of intimidation. If one is faithless, the result of
intimidation is outright fear and then defeat. David though he was small
refused to be intimidated, because the lord was with him. If God is with
you, why must you be intimidated? Just like Goliath fell flat before David,
all forms of intimidation will fall down in the mighty name of Jesus.

27
I confess “The anointing of the Holy one abideth in me” I
possess yoke destroying results by the anointing (1John
2:27; Isaiah 10:27)
The anointing that breaks every yoke abides in every believer. The yoke
of barrenness, sickness, oppression, failure, rejection etc cannot

11
28
withstand that anointing that dwells inside you. Begin to manifest the
power of the anointing.

I confess “I lay my hand on the sick and they shall recover” I

possess positive healings for the oppressed (Mark 16:18)
Jesus Christ promised his disciples that greater things shall they do in
his name. In the name of Jesus, when hands are laid on the sick, they
shall recover. The nature of a sickness is not a parameter to the efficacy
of the healing that comes upon the oppressed when the hands of an
anointed child of God are laid on the oppressed. Never be afraid to lay
your hands on the sick. It is an instruction, just do it and the Lord will do
the healing.

29
The enemies that rise up against me in one way will flee
before me in seven ways. (Deuteronomy 28:7)
Seven stands for completeness. It implies that their fleeing will be
complete and total. None will remain to torment you anymore.
When the lord rises on your behalf and scatter the enemies, they have
only one option: To flee.
After the enemies have all ran away, you will have rest on all sides.

30
I will tread upon the serpent and scorpions and over all the
works of the enemy and nothing shall hurt me (Luke 10:19)
Serpent and scorpions stand for devil and its agents. The implication of
Luke 10:19 are that we have absolute power over the Devil and its
agents. Serpents and Scorpions may be dangerous and deadly, but
children of the living God are more powerful and deadlier.

31

12
I confess “My God shall supply all my needs” I possess
the supply of every need (Philippians 4:19)
There may be period of lack or want, but that does not erase the all
sufficiency of God. I have personally experienced one need or the other,
but at the end, God miraculously supplied my need. He is still the same
yesterday, today and forever. 32
I confess “The lord shall preserve me from all evil” I possess
preservation from all forms of evils. (Psalms 121:7)
When the angel of God visited the camp of Pharaoh and killed all the
first born children of the Egyptians, the children of Israel were sound
asleep. They were all preserved. No evil shall come near your dwelling
this year in Jesus Name! Amen.

33
I confess “Blessed are the pure in heart for they shall see
God”, I possess the assurance that I shall see God for the
blood of Jesus has made me pure in heart (Matthew 5:8)
The most glorious moment will occur when we see the lord face to face
when we behold the wonderful presence of the one who died for our
sins. It would be the most wonderful moment.
34
I confess “Jesus is my lord” I possess salvation (Romans
10:9-10)
The greatest miracle that can happen to a man is the salvation of his or
her souls. Until you are saved, you are not safe. Peace and joy are
product of salvation. If you are going through this book, and you have
not yet experience the joy of salvation, why not go ahead and declare
Jesus as lord and saviour.

35

13
I confess “By his stripes I am healed” I possess healing (Isaiah
53:5)
The 39 stripes that came on the lord Jesus Christ stood for all the types
of ailments that can ever afflict us. As his blood flowed from his wounds,
the blood became a symbol of our healing. It was signed and sealed by
his blood. 36
I confess “The son has made me free” I possess
absolute freedom (John 8:36)
As many that are bound with one form of illness, oppression, curse or
circumstances, there is hope because the lord has made you free. That
is the main reason he had to leave his throne up above, to come and set
us free.
37
I confess “The love of God is shed abroad in my heart by the
Holy spirit” I possess the ability to love everyone (Romans
5:5)
Loving everyone including those who hurt us willingly, is one of the most
difficult things to do, even as Christians, but the Holy Spirit enables us to
do it.
Our love must not be selective or based on sentiment, but must be
Christ centred and compulsory.

38
I confess “The righteous are bold as a lion” I possess Lion-
hearted boldness in spiritual warfare (Proverbs 28:1)
Jesus is the Lion of the tribe of Judah. He was not afraid of the devil, as
he triumphed gloriously over the devil.
As children of the Lord, we are of the tribe of Judah also. The lion gives
birth to little lions. These lions are never afraid of going to confront other

39 14
animals. The battle cannot be avoided; victory is sure, as the lord is
there to back us up.

I confess “I am the redeemed of the lord” I possess

redemption benefits everyday (Psalms 107:2)
Every redeemed child of God possesses some wonderful benefits which
include:
 Healing from all forms of ailments
 Promise of everlasting life.
 Access to the throne of the Almighty
 All round success
 Fruitfulness in all areas of your life.

40
I am not shackled by sin, Demons or fear: “Thy God whom
thou serveth continually, He will deliver thee” (Daniel 6:16)
This is a faithful promise from the Almighty and the one who promises is
not a man that he will lie neither is he the son of man that he will repent.
All he has promise, he will do.

41
I am not oppressed by cares, difficulties and troubles; I am
“casting all my cares upon him, for the careth for me” (1Peter
5:7)
Never carry all the problem of this world on your shoulder. You will end
up dying before your time. Some people’s problems are visibly seen on
their faces. They behave like the fellow who after entering a bus taking
him to his destination, still carried his load on his head. We must learn to
cast all our cares upon the lord for he careth for us.

42

15
I am not without Joy; “His joy shall be in me, and my joy
shall be full” (John 15:11)
The joy of the lord is the greatest asset a man can ever possess. When
you remain joyful in the midst of trials and tribulation, even the enemy
will give up on your case. Choose to remain joyful even in the midst of
43 peace.
your problems, and experience real
I am not in a loosing battle, “the lord shall fight for me,
and I shall hold my peace” (Exodus 14:14)
Many a times, we choose to fight our battles alone and it ends up hurting
us.
There was this fellow who was facing numerous battles on a daily basis.
He had tried to cope with the battles on his own, but he discovered his
strength was not sufficient enough. He eventually handed over the
situation to the lord. And one after the other, the lord began to deal with
each of the battles, until none remained. Those that rely on the lord can
never be on the loosing side.

44
I possess supernatural help in every situation, for I
confess “my help cometh from the lord, which made
heaven and earth” (Psalms 121:2)
Never you fall into the trap of relying on your uncle, brother, friend, father
or even mother. All these sets of people can disappoint you when you
least expect them to. Whatever the nature of help you need, the lord is
there to see you through.

45
I possess the ability to be a positive blessing, for I
confess “so will I save you, and ye shall be a blessing”
(Zechariah 8:13)

16
It is a wonderful experience to receive the blessing of God, but it is even
more exciting when we become a source of positive blessing to others.
It lightens up their life and gives them joy and hope where there was
once darkness. That is the power of being a channel of blessing.

46
I possess wholesome, sound sleep at night, for I confess
“He giveth his beloved sleep” (Psalms 127:2)
Many people find it extremely difficult sleeping at night. Some resort to
taking pills, while others force themselves to sleep. Some are afraid to
sleep at night because of the fear of demons, witches and wizards.
The bible tells us how Jesus slept in the boat, while the disciples were
fear stricken, because of the storm that was threatening the boat.
Sound sleep is your heritage. Possess it!

47
I possess the assurance “my labour in the lord is
fruitful”, for I confess “for as much as ye know that your
labour is not in vain in the lord” (1Cor. 15:58)
We shall never be among those that labour in vain!
The lord assures us in his word - that the labourer will be first partakers
of the harvest.
I will never be a spiritual “Agbero” that shows people the way, and never
go inside.
48

I possess strength for my day for I confess “As thy days,

so shall thy strength be” (Deuteronomy 33:25)

17
It is a mystery that has been hidden from so many. As we grow older, we
get spiritually stronger.
More than anything else, we must desire to draw nearer to the lord, and
get strength with each passing day.
49

I possess special honour from my father for I confess “If any

man serve me, him will my father honour” (John 12:26).
Honour is given to whosoever deserves it. As long as you serve the lord
faithfully, your honour will never pass you bye. Elisha served his master
Elijah faithfully. He also served the lord. When it was his turn, God
honoured him.

50
I am not sick for “my father healeth me of all my
diseases” (Psalms 103:3)
45
No part of the scriptures ever recorded that Jesus was once sick. It
never occurred. And as Christians (Little Christ) we also have that same
power to live above sickness.
51
I am not bound for “the son has made me free” (John 8:36)
Just like we have physical prison to keep prisoners captive and physical
chains to bound people to restrict their movement, there is also spiritual
prison and chain which are used by the enemy to hold captive children
of God. But the good news Christ brought to mankind as prophesied in
Isaiah 61:1 – 3 “The spirit of the lord is upon me, because the lord hath
anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to
bind up the broken-hearted to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the
opening of the prison to them that are bound” we are free from every
shackles of the enemy and we have been given power to set others free.
What a wonderful privilege.
52
18
I am not defeated for “I am more than a conqueror through
Christ who loves me” (Roman 8:37)
A clear revelation of this word will free the spirit of every Christian from
the fear of defeat and failure.
The battle will surely come whether we like them or not, but one thing is
certain.
“If we know the God we serve, and realize that he has never lost any
battle before”, we will face any battle that comes our way confidently,
and come out victoriously.

53
I am not weak, for “the Lord will give strength unto His
people” (Psalms 29:11)
It grieves my heart many at times to see so called Christians behaving
like weaklings. Every little headache or fever and they begin to panic.
Any little noise under the bed and they cannot sleep at night. They live
daily like chickens, when they ought to live like eagles. The eagle is the
strongest bird in the air, never afraid of opposition, never tired of flying
higher. Today, choose to tear off every garment of weakness, and put on
the garment of strength. “The joy of the lord is your strength”.

54
I am not powerless, for “Ye shall receive power after the
Holy Ghost is come upon you”. (Acts 1:8)
One of the marks of a true Christians is power. Power to evangelize,
power to heal the sick, power to live holy lives, power to get wealth. The
promise of the Holy Spirit came with power, and as many that desire that
same Pentecostal power, it can be theirs.

19
Remember the power is not for gymnastics or for showmanship; it is for
the edification of the body of Christ.
Samson had raw power, but he never knew how to use it to the glory of
God. Whatever good thing is given to you, as long as its use is not
known, abuse of it is inevitable. Power can be abused when its use is
not known.
55
I am not lacking any good thing for “no good thing will be
withhold from them that walk uprightly (Psalms 84:11)
The word “good thing” entails everything that makes life meaningful –
Wealth, good health, success, children, cars, houses, life partner etc.
No wonder the bible encourages us in Matthew 6:25 – 33 not to think of
what to eat drink or put on, rather we should seek God’s kingdom and
walk uprightly, and all other things, including things that will make our
lives beautiful, will be added unto us.

56
I am not afraid of any plague for “there shall no evil befall
thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling
(Psalms 91:10).
A plague is an infectious disease that kills a lot of people or anything that
causes pain or trouble over a period of time.
In both instances, a plague is not something any sane individual would
embrace or desire to acquire.
The Almighty God has given every one of His children a foolproof
assurance, that no evil will befall you; neither shall any plague come
near your dwelling. It is a promise which cannot be broken.

57

20
I am not running from the devil for I am “resisting the
devil and he is fleeing from me. (James 4:7)
We must not run from the devil, because our back is not protected. It is a
matter of “No threat No surrender” No matter how fierce the battle may
be, one thing is certain, we would overcome, and the devil will flee in
terror. We are only allowed to flee from fornication, not the devil.
The devil is a toothless bull dog that can only bark and not bite.
Continually resist the devil and he will flee from you.

58

I confess “for with God nothing shall be impossible.” I

possess impossibilities becoming realities, I am linked
with God by divine birth (Luke 1:37)
As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he. If you think impossibility you will
get impossible results.
Takes your eyes off yourself, and begin to enter into God’s own plan for
your life. David won the battle against Goliath, even before the first stone
was fired at the mighty giant (1 Sam 17:43 – 49). David knew that with
God, nothing is impossible.
Are you there thinking that all hope is lost, lift up your eyes and
strengthen those weak legs, because every mountain of impossibility
have already been broken down.

59
I confess “Blessed be the lord, who daily loads us with
benefits”, I possess a life daily loaded with the benefits
of the lord. (Psalms 68:19).
The life we live daily in Christ is not dull as many assume it to be.

21
Apart from the excitement and colour Christ adds to our lives, we also
have the added advantages of daily being loaded with countless benefits
from the smallest to the greatest benefit, nothing is left untouched. The
Psalmist knew what he was saying in Psalms 68:19, because he had
tasted of God’s daily benefits.

60
I confess “the lord will give strength unto his people;
the lord will bless his people with peace. I possess daily
strength and abundance of peace. (Psalms 29:11).

61
I confess “I am the light of the world: he that follows me
shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life “I
possess light upon life’s pathway for I am following Jesus
(John 8:12)

62
I confess “And God is able to make all grace abound toward
you, that ye always having all sufficiency in all things, may
abound to every good work”. I possess all grace, abounding
grace, saving grace, healing grace, baptism grace, all-
sufficient grace (2Cor. 9:8)

63
I possess freedom from fear, for I confess “I the lord thy God
shall hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, fear not” (Isaiah
41:31)

22
Majority of people live in perpetual fear – fear of darkness, fear of
untimely death, fear of accident, fear of heights, fear of failure, fear of
the unknown etc.
Fear is a spirit, and it torments. In the scripture, God encourages his
children to “fear not”. This phrase “fear not” appears more than a
hundred times, not by error, but to emphasize the need for us to be
afraid.
Christ conquered fear on the cross of Calvary when he cried “it is
finished”
64
I possess bountiful blessings financially for I confess “He
which soweth bountifully shall reap bountifully (2Corinthians
9:6)
As we sow into God’s vineyard, he is also mindful of our labour, and he
will duly reward us bountifully.
As we give to God’s work even in tithes and offering, he promised us in
Malachi 3:10 that He would open the windows of heavens and pour
upon us blessings, that there would not be sufficient room to contain it.
This is what I call bountiful financial blessing.

65
I possess the peace of God. For I confess “The peace of God
which passeth all understanding, shall keep your heart and
mind through Christ Jesus our lord” (Philippians 14:7)
As long as you are connected to Christ, who is the prince of peace, no
man can steal your peace.
Troubles may be raging on your left, right, back and front, but your
peace is secured, because it is not based on circumstances, but on
Christ the Solid Rock, which no man can move.

23
66

I possess eternal life, for I confess “my sheep hear my

voice and I give them eternal life” (John 10:27).
Eternal life promised as many that believes in the lord as the saviour of
their life. It is a life more precious than gold or silver. Nothing can be
compared to it.

67
I possess continued guidance for I confess, “The lord
shall guide me continually”. (Isaiah 58:11)
The lord guides us through the help of the Holy Spirit. Angels also stand
as guide over our lives, but they are not often seen. The pathway of life
is filled with lots of potholes, and it takes the continual guidance of the
lord to see us through. “The word of God is a lamp unto our feet and a
lamp unto our path” (Psalms 119:105). They that rely absolutely on Gods
unchanging word can never get stranded in life.

68
I confess “as far as the east is from the west, so far hath
he removed our transgressions from us” I possess the
assurance that my sins are removed from me, hallelujah!
(Psalms 103:12)
Many of us find it hard to believe that our sins have been forgiven us.
Thus, we allow Satan to torment us with our past. We forget that we
have been fortified by the precious blood of Jesus. And as 2Cor. 5:17
tells us, “If any man be in Christ, he is a new creation, old things have
passed away; behold, all things have become new”.

24
69

I confess “I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh” I

possess the spirit out poured upon my life continually.
(Acts 2:17)
We are in the dispensation of the Holy Spirit, and there is a mighty
outpouring of the Holy Spirit upon the thirsty souls in our generation. The
outpoured spirit is a source of strength, power, wisdom and unction.

70
I shall reign over nations, but they shall not reign over
me (Deuteronomy 15:6b).
Man was created to reign over other creatures. As children of God,
Christ has given us power also to reign over nations and cities.
Lots of folks are however ignorant of the awesome power that have
been bestowed on them.
No wonder Solomon, the author of the book of Ecclesiastes tells us
about an error he observed: Servants rode upon horses while princes
walked as servants upon the earth. We must begin to reign like kings
and princes.

71

Goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my

life (Psalms 23:6)
They that follow the lord as sheep follow their shepherd will never
struggle to feed or get favour from their shepherd.
The things most people pursue in life – cars, houses, riches, children etc
are supposed to pursue us, not the opposite way round (Deuteronomy
28:2) The shepherd careth for all the needs of his sheep, hence I am

25
confident that in every area of my life, I would continually experience the
goodness and mercy of God.

72
My head shall never lack fresh oil (Psalms 92:10)
One of the things the anointing oil does for a believer is that, it positions
the believer for unusual favour. It is the anointing that makes the
difference. Others may struggle to succeed, but because your head has
been freshly anointed, it will attract success, not struggle. Just like oil
attract things because of its sticky nature; our head will attract good
things from the lord in Jesus name! Amen.
Many a time, we conclude that some individuals head don’t have oil.
What it implies is that they are never lucky. Whereas others get
employed, they remain jobless inspite of their good credentials and CV.
Stand up on your feet and place your hands on your head and proclaim:
“My head shall never lack fresh oil.”

73
No Weapon formed against me can prosper (Isaiah 54:17)
We are in a cruel world, where Satan delights in killing, stealing and
destroying everything that brings us joy. The enemy Satan does this
through the deployment of different weapons. These weapons can be in
form of accidents, sickness, failure, death, disappointment barrenness,
oppression ……… the ultimate aim of the enemy is to crush and
eliminate its victim. The good news is this: No weapon formed against
me (put your name) shall proper! They will surely try all means, but they
can never succeed because we enjoy spiritual immunity against Weapon

26
of darkness. Trials and temptations will come no doubts, but we will
surely scale them through.

74
God has given me power to tread upon serpent and
scorpions and over all the power of the (Luke
10:19)
As believers, we engage in spiritual warfare daily, and the weapons of
our warfare are not carnal but spiritual. The word of God is a strong
weapon against the power of the devil.
Infact, Jesus in Mt. 4:1–11, used the power in the word, to overcome the
temptation of the Devil. The blood of Jesus, evil forces begin to
disappear. The name of Jesus is a strong tower the righteous run into it
and they are saved. The bible tells us in Phil 2:9-11, that God has highly
exalted Jesus and given him a name that is above every other name. At
the mention of his name every knee must bow, and all tongue must
confess that Jesus is Lord.
As you praises and worship God demons will begin to tremble.
Prison doors are opened and every demonic chain of oppression is
broken. That is the power of praise and worship (Acts 16:25-26).

75
I am an overcomer. I have overcome my adversary by
the blood of the lamb and by my confession (Revelation
12:11)
When we decide to put on an overcomers mentality and dump fear and
failure from our lives, every single part of our lives begin to behave like
true overcomers. If we tell ourselves daily that we can make it, we would
make it and overcome every insurmountable obstacle.

27
But on the contrary, if we confess with our own lips that we feel sickly
and weak, sickness will overcome us, and if we are not lucky, sickness
will consume us. Learn to confess positively and use the power in the
blood of the lamb against every one of your

76
The same Spirit that raised Christ from the dead now
lives in me and is energizing, motivating, empowering
and equipping me for total victory today and always
(Rom 8:11).

77
I am a new creation, old thing have passed away all
things have become new (2Corinthians. 5:17)
One of the things God promised is in his Word is that he will do a new
thing” Before God can do a new thing for us; we have to forget about the
old things. Jacob was tired of his condition, and he asked God for an
enlargement. Jacob was tried of been labeled a “deceiver” he fought
with an angel and asked for a blessing, and what did he get – “a brand
new name”. He becomes known as Israel. You may have failed in the
past, but God can make all things new in your life. He alone can
transform a barren woman, to become a mother of children. He alone
can turn lack to abundance. He alone can turn a man from mockery, to
become a celebrity.
78
God loves me and his plans for me are good (Jeremiah
29:11)
The fact that God loves me cannot be disputed. God mustn’t do
everything for me, before I can acknowledge his love for me.

28
My being alive today is a testimony to his love. Many of us would have
likewise perished if not for the love of God for us. The free gift of
salvation is also a proof of his love “for God so loved the world that he
gave His only begotten son that whosoever believeth in him would not
perish but have eternal life” John 3:16
His plans for me are good, even through I may not be seeing all he has
in store for me. One thing is sure, God loves me and he has wonderful
things in stock for me.

79

If God is with me, therefore, nobody can be against me.

(Exodus 14:13-14)
Elijah told his servant not to be afraid of the number of the opposition.
They may be thousands, but the Lord that is in me is greater than the
greatest conciliation of the enemy put together.
God has the supernatural ability to confound every power of darkness
standing against us.

80
God is opening the windows of heaven for my sake and
rebuking the devourer for my sake. (Malachi 3:10-11)
Spiritual devours have one major target, to wreck havoc in our lives and
leave us devastated.
They come in form of spiritual cankerworms caterpillars, locust and
palmerworms. But as the window of heaven is opened on our behalf,
these spiritual devourers will be strongly rebuked.

29
81

God is able to mall all grace abound towards me, that I

always having all sufficiency in all things, may have on
abundance for every good work. (2Corinthians 9:8)
We can’t do much except the grace of god abound in us. Apostle Paul
said – “I am what I am by the grace of God”
When the grace of God is made available to the believer, nothing will be
lacking in his or her life. The grace of God is a catalyst of positive
change.
82

Every Word that I speak will not return unto me void,

but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall
prosper in the thing where to I sent it (Isaiah 55:11)
Eresi was just fifteen years old, when she was afflicted with
hypertension. She courageously spoke to the hypertensive situation –
“Lord you know I am innocent of this”, and that was all. Hypertension
fled from that beautiful daughter of Abraham. Like Eresi; we can speak
the word of God unto our situation, and it will prosper in the thing where
to we sent it.
83
I shall mount up with wings like the eagle. I shall run
and not be weary; I shall walk, and not faint. (Isaiah
40:31)
Eagles never get tired of flying. They settle for things above. In contrast,
chickens dwell among dirt and they never fly for long. They love
scavenging for worms and crumbs on the ground. We must not settle for
crumbs. We must learn to soar like the eagle. Only then can we walk the
pathway of life without fainting and run the race set before us without
been weary.

30
84
I am above every circumstance in life (Ephesians 1:21)
Our lives should not be controlled by circumstances around us. The
economy of Nigeria should not be deciding factor in our Lives. We are
seated far above every circumstance in life, and we must not forget that.
In the land of Gerar, there was a terrible famine, Isaac still sowed in that
terrible land and reaped bountifully. The bible records that he waxed
great and went forward and grow until he became very great. Isaac was
above the circumstance in Gerar. You shall be great!

85
I will lay down in peace, and sleep for the Lord makest
me to dwell in safety. (Psalms 4:8)
Lots of folks go to bed ach night, but can’t sleep peacefully.
They go through what medical experts call insomnia (inability to sleep).
This unusual ailment may be caused fear of the unknown or problems of
life. But the Lord has assured that he will make you to dwell in safety.
Right in the midst of a great storm, when all the disciples of Jesus were
afraid of premature death, the Bible records that Jesus Christ was at the
hinder part of the ship sound asleep (mark 4;35 – 41). That is a great
lesson for those who cannot sleep because of one storm or the other.

86
This is the day the Lord has made. I will rejoice and be
glad in it (Psalms 118:24)
Each day comes with its own unique blessing and we can harness these
blessing when we can harness these blessings when we cultivate the
right attitude. You cannot wake up early in the morning and start the day
with complaint, and expect that day to be glorious. What we say
concerning any particular day eventually determines how the day turns
out to be.

31
If we confess with our lips “Today will be fruitful and prosperous for me
and my household”, it will be so according to your faith. The scripture
tells us “as a man thinketh in his heart, so is he” (Proverbs 23:7).

87
Whatsoever I lay my hands on shall prosper (Psalms
1:3b)
Stories abound of business men and women young entrepreneurs and
determined folks, who have been blessed with multiple streams of
income. The secret of their success lies in the covenant they made with
the lord, tapping into (Psalms 1:3b) “Whosoever I lay my hands upon
shall prosper” The list is endless – Felix Ohiwerei, Mike Adenuga, Pat
Utom, jimoh Ibrahim. They all have one thing in common. They are
involved in major sectors of the economy, and they are prospering.
Never be discouraged by comments of individuals, even as you
contemplate to go into one venture or the other. If God blesses you, no
man can stop you from prospering.

88
I am too loaded to be frustrated (Genesis 39:1 – 21)
Joseph had a dream, a very bog dream. He wasn’t afraid to share the
dream with his father and brothers and that single act led to a
spontaneous reaction. He was sold into slavery, and the enemy tried all
he could to frustrate him from achieving his dream. But the fact was this
– Joseph was too loaded to be frustrated. Even in the pit of darkness, he
held on to his dream. Right there in Egypt, he never lost focus or got
frustrated even while in prison, and his strong determination and faith in
God took him to the throne.
Beloved brothers and sisters, you are too loaded to be frustrated. No
man born of a woman can frustrate God’s plan for your life.

32
The combined forces of darkness may try to do it, but none of their
counsel can stand.

89
I am a plus not a minus (John 21:25)
It is not only funny but also pathetic to observe how frustrating some
individual’s contributions are.
In Nigeria’s last world cup qualifying match for Germany, 2006 against
Angola, it was obvious that one of our key players in the attack was a
minus, and that was a contributing factor to our inability to win that
particular match. The coach foolishly delayed his removal till the second
half and it was pretty too late for any meaningful impact to be made. The
damage had been done. Nigeria failed to qualify for the world cup and
the coach was sacked.
We must desire to be a plus to our generation, and avoid meddling with
people who are minus. This is a major key to our success in life.

90
The lord has delivered me from every form of afflictions
(Psalms. 34:1)
There is no where in the scripture where we are promised immunity from
afflictions or temptations. Infact, the Bible says – “Many are the
afflictions of the righteous, but the lord delivereth him through them all.”
Afflictions may come in form of sickness – “the woman with the issue of
blood” is a classical example, but she overcame her affliction. It may
come in form of barrenness – Hannah, Sarai…” But they all had
children. It may be poverty – “The widow woman” but she became an oil
merchant and poverty disappeared.
Whatever be the affliction, the lord has assured us in his word that he
will deliver us from all forms of affliction.

33
91

The lord hast granted me life and favour, and his

visitation has preserved my spirit (Job 10:12).
When the lord visits a man, favour will inevitably follow that man.
Zacheus knew such secret and crave for the visit of Jesus Christ into his
home.
When the Lord visited Mary and Martha whose brother Lazarus had died
four days back, death was rebuked, and life came upon lifeless body.
We must all desire a visitation from the lord, and our lives will never be
the same. When angel Gabriel visited Mary, her life was transformed
beyond her imagination.

92

I am not created for reproach, I am created for signs

and wonders (Isaiah 8:18)
People are tired of hearing stories of our being children of God. They
want to see tangible signs and wonders following our claims. We must
become signs to our generation. We must desire the miraculous to begin
to unfold in our lives, and cause people to wonder where the miracles
are coming from. The Lord is wonderful, that is, He is full of wonders. We
who are connected to him are living testaments to our generation.
Reproach must be far from us. The Lord promised the Israelites that the
rod of the wicked shall not come upon the righteous who are far above
reproach. 93
I am a pillar, not a caterpillar. (Revelation 3:12)

34
A pillar is a support upon which a building stands. Any slight shift in the
pillar of a building could spell disaster as it happened in Judge 16:26 –
30, when Samson avenged his enemies by shifting the pillars in the
temple of Dagon. About 3000 men and women died when the pillar got
shifted. That is the power of a pillar.
On the other hand, a caterpillar is an insect that is destructive. It feeds
on the leaves of plants and leaves it dead. Many Christians are like
caterpillars. All they do is to destroy. They do this by gossiping, rumour
mongering, backbiting, strife and unnecessary envy.
The option is left to us. But I choose to be a pillar not a caterpillar.

94
I have the seed of greatness in me, therefore, I cannot
be small (Zechariah 4:10)
Planted in the heart of every human is a seed of greatness. Just like a
baby grows up physically to become a man, every thought and ideas we
have, can be nurtured into greatness.
If we are small, it is an indication of our attitude and mentality. A man
cannot rise beyond his attitude and mentality.
David was a little shepherd boy, but God has already planted in his heart
the seed of greatness.
Others may be satisfied with the little achievement. There are many
more achievements waiting to be accomplished.
95

I have a sound mind (2Timothy 1:7)

The lord tells us in his word that he has not given us the spirit of fear but
of boldness, of love and of a sound mind. You can never be confused in
your mind, as long as you stay connected to the prince of peace. You

35
can never get stranded in life’s journey as long as you stay connected to
the light of life.
Satan cannot defile my mind with filthy and negative thoughts. Never!
Confess aloud: “I have a sound mind, because I am created in the image
and likeness of God”.

96

I am making progress today and daily by the grace of

God (Philippians 3:14)
You may look back at how far you have come in life, and become
discouraged when you cannot see any meaningful progress. It is not
time for discouragement. Forget about the past and like Paul say – “I am
pressing forward towards the mark of my high calling”. Never you think
of the past, never get worried of the future. Focus in the present.
Resolve in your heart to make good use of today.
When you do this, you will discover you are making daily progress.

97

The riches of the gentiles are coming to me daily (Isaiah

61:6)
Beloved, never you make the mistake of envying sinners. There is
nothing to envy in their cars, building, clothes etc. when the time for you
to shine finally comes, all the riches of the faculties will be surrendered
to you. If you doubt me, check Genesis 12:36. Ask for favour in that
business of yours and you will be shocked as gentiles will be trooping to
buy from you daily.
It is not by using charms or juju. Darkness cannot comprehend light.

36
98
I shall suffer no loss today and always. (Acts 27:22)
The dark places of the earth are filled of the habitation of cruelty. We
need the grace of God to survive in this cruet world.
Lanre Modile was out in Alpha Beach, Lagos to enjoy himself during the
December picnic. The date was December 22nd, 2003, just three days to
Christmas. He never returned home from that picnic at Alpha Beach. His
disappearance is still a mystery and a big loss to his parents. We live in
a world filled with wickedness and we can do well to invoke the power of
God upon our life and family. As the lord liveth, “I shall suffer no loss”.

99
Today, my going out is blessed and my coming in is blessed!
(Deuteronomy 28:6).
Many go out healthy but return home sick. Some go out alive and return
as dead corpse. Others go out complete and come back deformed. The
enemy is out to steal, kill and destroy, but it will never come near our
dwelling. We shall go out blessed and return home more blessed in the
mighty name of Jesus! Amen.

10
I am waxing stronger and stronger on a daily basis. (Joshua
14:11)
I am waxing stronger and stronger in every area of my life! I refuse to be
sickly. I choose good health. I am waxing stronger in my business,
education, marriage and spiritual life.
Jesus grew and waxed great both in wisdom, stature and favour; hence,
I must do likewise. He was never sick for one minute. Even while he was
on the cross, he was very strong. Death could not hold him captive.

37
He triumphed gloriously over the enemy, and he has given us power to
tread upon serpent and scorpion, and over all the works of the enemy,
and nothing shall hurt us.
