    Centuries ago, a dynamic body therapy based on yoga and Ayurveda was born in the temples of
    Thailand.

    In this unique healing system of Thai Yoga Massage - also called Nuad Boran and widely known as
    Traditional Thai Massage - the therapist guides the patient through a series of yoga postures while
    compressing and pressing the energy lines ("Sen") and the pressure points along the body.

    Together, these actions result in a comprehensive body treatment that relieves muscle tension,
    improves circulation, stimulates the immune system, and balances the body's energy.

    THE DIFFERENCE...
    Between Thai Massage and other techniques is that the massages are performed in the same postures
    of yoga, but in a passive way, where the practitioner is the one who performs the stretches in the
    client, using his feet, knees, thumbs, palms, and elbows, besides pressuring and compressing specific
    points along the client's body.
    The stretches and the knowledge of the body's energy lines are the main differences of this modality.

    WHO ARE WE TO SAY THAT?


     Lucelene Pancinni (or just Lu) has 18 years of experience as a Thai Massage
    and Yoga teacher.
    She developed the FLY - Flower Of Yoga method that has trained hundreds
    of professionals in Canada and Brazil.
    Taking her students from practice to a full schedule.

     Gabriel, besides being a Thai Massage, Yoga, and meditation teacher, uses
    the power of concentration of the ancient sciences as a tool to leverage his
    results in martial arts (kickboxing champion) and plastic arts.
    Level 1 "Thai Massage Basis" builds a solid foundation for
    students - knowledge of the ancient Thai massage positions
    cover the entire body.

    A total of 50 positions in three days of full body massage


    training.
    In the first demonstration the teacher gives a clear and detailed
    explanation, in the second demonstration he shows softness and
    sequences and reinforces the learning.

    Students follow the teacher's teaching and refer to the precise


    textbook.

    The Flower of Life "Foundation of Thai Massage Level 1"


    curriculum covers the full body massage positions: head,
    neck, shoulder, face, back (side), back (down), arms,
    abdomen, legs, stretching, and end of session.

    In the short version of the demonstrations, students practice in


    pairs following the details and the clear and precise instructions
    in the manual, while the teacher closely supervises to correct
    and support the students at each step.

    In this way, students can learn and absorb all 50 positions - a


    full body massage session in a 3-day apprenticeship.
    Students also learn general Thai massage knowledge regarding
    safe practice, warning area and contraindication to massage.

    Do I need to have any background to take the


    course?
    There is no need for experience to take the Thai Massage course. You will receive all the necessary
    information to learn the techniques starting from scratch.

    To whom is the course for?


    This training is recommended for massage therapists, body therapist, physiotherapists, physical
    education professionals, osteopaths, yoga teachers and lay people who are interested in knowing the
    Thai Massage techniques, and even people who want change careers.

    Does the training have a certificate?


    Yes, we will give you a certificate of 20 theoretical hours, and for you to receive the professional
    certificate, you must complement it with another 30 hours of proven massage - you can practice on
    family members, friends, or even clients.

    Certificate.

    After the training can I already work
