Lutz has solutions to safely pump different kind of tomato paste with
different consistency
Typical information of tomato paste are
single-concentrated tomato paste contains 14 to 22 % dry matter,
double-concentrated tomato paste contains 28 to 30 % dry matter and
triple-concentrated tomato paste contains 36 to 40 % dry matter.
30 – 38 brix. (28.000 – 75.000 cP).
