SCRIPT FOR GTPA/SPTA

INTRODUCTION
 Good morning, dear parents, teachers, and school administrators, it is our
pleasure to be a moderator for this SPTA meeting and election for the school
year 2022-2023. I am Lawrence L. Cervantes and I am Nomelyn L. Cervantes,
and we would like to extend our very warm welcome to all of you. We
appreciate your time for attending this said meeting despite your busy
schedules.
PRAYER AND NATIONAL ANTHEM
 And to begin, may I request everyone to please stand for the invocation
followed by the singing of the Philippine National Anthem.
OPENING REMARKS
 At this moment, may I call on our beloved and hardworking OIC/Principal,
Mr. Angelo Morello R. Santos, to give his welcome remarks.
AGENDA
 At this point, ladies and gentlemen, may I present to you the agenda for
today’s meeting:
a. Organizing the school PTA
b. PTA policies
c. Composition of School Level PTAs
d. Membership in a PTA
e. Duties and Responsibilities of PTA Members
f. SPTA Election Proper
g. Upcoming school activities (Month of September)
CLOSING REMARKS
 And now, please lend our ears and listen to the message of our beloved School
President, Ms. Veronica S. Rellosa, as she delivers her closing remarks.
ADJOURNMENT OF MEETING
 To our dear parents, may we thank you very much for your active
participation in our SPTA meeting and election, and may this be the start of
our attendance for our following meetings. Once again, thank you, God bless
and Mabuhay po tayong lahat!
 Meeting is adjourned!
