WHAT TO CONSIDER WHEN SCHEMING EXPRESSIVE ARTS

Expressive Arts as a learning area is based on the integration of subjects namely Physical Education, Music and Art.
TIME ALLOCATION PER WEEK: 3 hours 30Minutes
THE COMPONENTS:
1.MOTOR DEVELOPMENT.
2.MUSIC, GAMES AND DANCES.
3.ART AND CRAFTS.

NOTE: The above components should all be taught in a week to ensure holistic development.
- They can be taught as separate components or integrated. This is so because they are interrelated and interdependent.
- Motor development should be on the day when you have Physical Education (PE).
