JOB HANDOVER
The purpose of job handover process is to ensure that before leaving the company, employee
has handover all files, documents, job or project to his/her direct supervisor or other employee
designated to be his/her replacement.
The purpose of administration clearance process is to ensure that before leaving the company,
employee has clear all outstanding advances, loan, etc. with Finance Department.
The purpose of returning maintenance/engineering tools process is to ensure that before leaving
the company, employee has return all maintenance/engineering tools equipped to him/her while
working with the Company.
The purpose of returning company’s assets process is to ensure that before leaving the company,
employee has return all company assets facilitated to him/her while working with the Company.
The purpose of computer and other systems security process is to ensure that after leaving the
company, employee has no more authorization to access the Company without acknowledge and
permission from the management.
Access to the computer systems, magnetic card door access, ID Badge, etc. should be
terminated.
Connecting again the ex-employee to the company in a special condition, shall require
management approval.
