Intellectualis - Contributor Guidelines
The Intellectual Property Rights Committee indulges in activities that provide students the
opportunity to create an impact through their contributions. Through Intellectualis, the
Committee seeks to create a bridge between industry practice and education to simulate a
conducive environment where students can explore and learn more about Intellectual Property.
To further this goal, Intellectualis lays special emphasis on content that displays quality
research coupled with conciseness and practical relevance.
1. Articles
Contributions should be not more than 2000 words. The first paragraph of your article should
provide the legal context and practical relevance of the article.
2. Case Analysis
Every case analysis must include the following in the particular order:
The contributions should not be more than 500-800 words. Please note that cases must be
relevant in time.

The following pieces are accepted to facilitate the understanding of complex legal problems:
Intellectualis follows Bluebook 20th Edition referencing style using References at the
end of the article. No footnotes/endnotes allowed.
Kindly follow Times New Roman style font, font size 12 and 1.5 line spacing.
Kindly e-mail your submission along with Author(s) name(s) and University details to
[email protected]. A receipt of the same will be confirmed within 2-3 working
days.

All contributions will be reviewed by student editors subject to the decision of the
supervising faculty members and approval thereof by University’s publication office.
