A. What I Can Do
Based on the lesson discussed on keeping the body healthy with special
considerations on the existing labor laws and guidelines on the conduct of film and
audio-visual productions, create a sample 5-day Schedule and Wellness Plan. Make
sure to include a variety of sample healthy menu for the breakfast, lunch, dinner and
snacks. Also, add the simple routines you will do for stretching and exercise. Do not
forget to insert some household chores and recreational activities in your schedule.
Lastly, you should have enough rest for the day.

24 PESOS PRODUCTION

Nature of Work (not more than 100 words):

I handle and direct all of the creative parts and components of a documentary as the
docu director of 24 Pesos Production. Their primary responsibilities include reading
and editing screenplays, directing actors, and coordinating with editors during
post-production to create a visually appealing and captivating final result.

Brief explanation: My day started as usual. I eat my “first full meal of the day” as early as 10
a.m. so that I have energy for the rest of the day. It was so hard to keep this kind of routine or
schedule, especially now that I’m a senior high school student. Still, I have to set some
boundaries after 5:00 pm onwards until tomorrow morning, because I have already given school
stuff the right amount of attention needed during the daytime.

Brief explanation: The same thing happened, but the class started at around 7:00 am since
there’s no flag ceremony. I feel so tired today after shooting, that’s why on the way home, I took
a short nap because i feel like my body feels like needing it. I have more free time to do
onwards since I finished my activities yesterday.

Brief explanation: Didn’t go to school today for my passport appointment. Did a lot of walking,
and when I say a lot, A LOT. I can’t feel my feet when I got home. But it’s good because I never
really had a physical activity this long for quite a while. Slept early because I felt so tired.

8:15 am Breakfast: Bread and milk

8:30 am Took my medicine to feel better

9:00 am Sleep

11:30 am Lunch: Lugaw and Banana

12:00 pm Checked my temperature: 37.4 degrees

12:30 pm Rest

3:00 pm Checked my temperature: 37.1 degrees

3:15 pm Took my medicine

3:30 pm Stayed outside a bit for a fresh air and did some stretching

4:00 pm Snacks: Oatmeal

5:00 - 6:30 pm Read a book

7:00 - 8:00 pm Dinner: Lugaw w/Egg. Took my medicine, and my temperature got back to
normal again. Slept early.

Brief explanation: Didn’t go to school today because I’m not feeling well. I woke up early
because I thought I’d go to school today, but turns out, I can’t. I felt so dizzy. I ate a lot of food
because I felt so weak, which is effective because my temp lowered as time passes by. I slept
early that day.

5:00 pm Checked and finalize all the details and info needed for the shoot tomorrow

6:00 pm On the way home

8:00 pm Dinner: Lumpiang shanghai, Crab soup, Banana

8:15 pm Evening routine: Wash the dishes, skin care

8:30 pm to 9:00 pm Free time. Preparation to sleep

Brief explanation: No school today, but still did some errands for our prod interview that will
happen tomorrow. Because BGC is so large, we walked a lot more. I made sure that I’m doing
some breaks in between because I don’t want to abuse my body again just like what I did the
last time I walked this long. I realized its importance. Same thing happened when I got home.
Still rest early because we still have a long day tomorrow.
