Notice Inviting Bid

Bid/ Package no NHAI/Tech/Delhi/PIU-Rewari/01/Pkg-IV/2018-19 Dated 11.12.2018

RFP for Construction of proposed Rewari Bypass (NH-11) as Feeder Route in Rewari district
in the state of Haryana (Design length – 14.40 km) on Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM).
The Government of India had entrusted to the Authority the development, maintenance and
management of National Highway No. 11 including the Construction of proposed Rewari
Bypass (NH-11) as Feeder Route in Rewari district in the state of Haryana (approx. 14.40 km).
The Authority had resolved to augment Construction of proposed Rewari Bypass (NH-11) as
Feeder Route in Rewari district in the state of Haryana (Design length – 14.40 km) (the
“Project”) on design, build, operate and transfer (the “DBOT Annuity” or “Hybrid Annuity”)
basis, and has decided to carry out the bidding process for selection of a private entity as the
Bidder to whom the Project may be awarded. Brief particulars of the Project are as follows:

The complete BID document can be viewed / downloaded from e-procurement portal of NHAI
http://etenders.gov.in from 11.12.2018 to 24.01.2019 (up to 1100 Hrs. IST). Bid must be
submitted online only at https://etenders.gov.in during the validity of registration with the
NHAI e-Tendering Portal being managed by National Informatics Centre (NIC) i.e.
https://etenders.gov.in on or before 24.01.2019 (upto 1100 hours IST). Technical submissions
of the Bids received online shall be opened on 25.01.2019 (at 1200 hours IST).

Bid submitted through any other mode shall not be entertained. However, Bid Security,
Demand Draft towards cost of bid document, Power of Attorney and Joint Bidding Agreement
etc. as specified in Clause 2.11.2 of the RFP shall be submitted physically by the Bidder on or
before 25.01.2019 (at 1100 hours IST). Please note that the Authority reserves the right to
accept or reject all or any of the BIDs without assigning any reason whatsoever.
