Execute IW21 – Create Notification

1. Enter YN in the Notification Type field.
Note: We primarily use the YN notification
type for Maintenance Requests.

3. Notification Description – Enter a

1-High – Significant un-containable SHE

2-Medium – Containable SHE threats or
recoverable production or service activity

9. Required End – Date by which the impact

10. Breakdown – If asset is not able to
7 perform its function until the repair work is
done check the Breakdown box. You will
8 be prompted to enter a Malfunction Start
Date / Time.

11. Main Work Center – Will default when you
click the Enter button in next step.
Update, only if required.
12. Click Enter to validate all details.
13. Click SAVE.

14. Once saved, the Notification reference
number will be shown in the bottom left
corner of the Notification window.
