MikroTik Certified Training Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all MikroTik Certified Training courses offered by MikroTikSA in
conjunction with the Terms & Conditions as set out by MikroTik in Latvia in order to ensure the fair training
values and credibility of MikroTik Certifications are upheld.

• All certificates expire 3 years from the date of issue and can be renewed by attending the respective
training course once more and successfully passing the certification test.

• All students who attend MikroTik training courses and take the certification test will receive a free
RouterOS L4/CHR P1 license.

• All MikroTik Training Sessions and Certification Tests are conducted in the class in the presence of,
and under the direct supervision of, a MikroTik Certified Trainer. Remote training sessions and
certification exams are not allowed and are violation of these Terms & Conditions.

• NO student is allowed to take a MikroTik Certification Test without prior, in class, attendance of that
particular MikroTik Training Session.

• MikroTik Certified Trainers are required to ensure the credibility of exam results and to exclude any
academic dishonesty, misconduct and fraud during MikroTik Training Sessions and Certification Tests.
Attendees of MikroTik Training Sessions must be present and clearly visible in the class photo in order
to verify their identity.

• All the prerequisites and hierarchy of MikroTik Training Sessions must be adhered to.
MikroTik Certified Training Sessions shall not accept attendees:
- without a MTCNA certificate in any of engineer level MikroTik Training Sessions including
MTCWE, MTCRE, MTCTCE, MTCIPv6E and MTCUME.
- without MTCNA and MTCRE certificates in MTCINE Training Sessions.

• MikroTik Certified Trainers shall not offer the same type of MikroTik Certification Test to the same
person more than once within 30 days. NO student is allowed to take a MikroTik Certification Test
without prior, in class, training. This includes students re-writing a failed Certification Test. ‘Second
Chance’ exams are still allowed. The button is active for two hours after the end of initial exam for
students who have acquired 50% - 59% score.

• Students who fail but achieve 50% - 59% on their ‘Second Chance’ exams, are required to attend the
last training day of the same certification course as their in class training and will be allowed to re-
write the certification test. Students who fail and achieve less than 50% on their ‘Second Chance’
exams, are required to repeat the certification course before being allowed to write the certification
test.

As with other MikroTik Certified Partners throughout the world we deliver training on MikroTik’s behalf.

• The certification test is an individual test that must be finished within one hour (60 minutes). Saving
or printing the test questions page, assisting or obtaining assistance from other persons or from any
unauthorized source may result in termination of the session and invalidation of the results.

• Certificate numbers and RouterOS L4/CHR P1 licenses are assigned automatically by MikroTik.
Students can see their certificates and generate license keys once logged into the account server.
Printed certificates are obtainable from MikroTik at an additional cost.
