3. Encode your names (including yourself) under the column for TEAM MEMBER. Arrange alphabetically by
surname. Mix boys and girls.

4. Evaluate your peer team members, including yourself, on their participation in the completion of your
Final Requirement-Group Compilation. (10 points= highest; 0=lowest)
5. Criteria in the evaluation:

b. Fulfillment of his/her assigned role/duties
c. Leadership
6. Take note: NO peer evaluation = NO score in the final requirement
7. After accomplishing the evaluation, save in PDF with file name format:
