PROGRAMME
Safety Training for Talon Global
Employees

In addition to operational training reqiurement, Management will determine the minimum HSE
training reqiured for each job class- ref. SAP HR module. To achieve HSE policies and objectives
personnel will be trained to be competent to conduct assign tasks and deal with actual and potential
effects. All personnel must have necessary knowledge and skills to effectively perform activities
and tasks with critical hazards and potential HSE effects.
All personnel will complete the training listed below as required for compliance with job class and
or local operations and government regulations in a timely manner and remain current in possible.
