SUBJECT: Investigation Report Re: Robbery with Homicide Incident that transpired Public
Plaza at Poblacion 2, Villanueva Misamis Oriental.

4. To determine fact and circumstances surrounding the incident;

5. To determine other relevant matters that would require further police actions.

III. FACTS OF THE CASE:

6. 10:30 pm in evening on December 9, 2020, PO2 Junely Albarina responded to a

Robbery with Homicide incident that transpired in Public Plaza in Poblacion 2,
Villanueva Misamis Oriental and requested for a SOCO Team assistance. SPO4
Joshua Mainit, thus involved evidence collected were as follows:

E1- 4 inches of knife

E2- Fingerprint

E3- Black slipper

E4- Blood Pool

E5- Footprint

Initial Investigation conducted by the responding police officers, MR. Richard

Cruz was having an argument with the suspect who was identified as John Sy 24
years old, Single a resident of Barangay 3, Purok 6, Villanueva Misamis Oriental.
Accordingly, the victim was sitting while using cellphone in a few minutes there was a
guy walking back and forth near in the victim said of the witnessed, so that the guy
took the cellphone run-away, the victim followed and he caught up the guy he will
recover and get the cellphone but the guy was angry he gets the 4 inches knife and
stabbed the victim in several times which has resulted to the infliction of 3 severed
wounds in chest and 2 severed wounds in stomach which is causing of his death.
IV. DISCUSSION/FINDINGS:

1. A witness named Ronaldo Reyes 45 years old, said that he saw a guy
named Edmund Aboc who running out on the Crime Scene. The fingerprint and
footprint matched to the person named Edmund Aboc was seen living the crime
scene and the evidences found in the crime scene really pointed him as the
suspect.

V. CONCLUSION:

7. Based on the following evidences which is the fingerprint and the footprint
matching the accused and the statement of the witness named Ronaldo Reyes,
the office concludes that the accused Edmund Aboc is the one who committed
the crime.

VI. RECOMMENDATION:

8. Due to the evidences collected pointing out Edmund Aboc as the

perpetrator of this case, this office recommends that this case be filed against the
perpetrator.

2. ICOW the above reference, respectfully submitted is the Report on Crime

Scene Investigation conducted on December 09, 2020 in Public Plaza at Poblacion 2,
Villanueva Misamis Oriental for alleged Robbery with Homicide incident.

3. The following are the significant activities and information:

a. That the First Responders led by SPO4 Tresha Cadalin arrived at the crime
scene o/a 10:40 pm of December 09, 2020 and was able to secure and establish the
security cordon o/a 10:40 pm on December 09, 2020; (Pease see attached FR Request
of CLO).

b. That the Investigator-on-Case arrived at the crime scene on/about 10:50 pm

of December 09, 2020 and thereafter assumed responsibility over the crime scene and
conducted inquiry on the incident; (see attached Investigation CSI Form)

c. That members of the SOCO TEAM led by Kenneth Tosloc arrived at the
crime scene o/a 11:00 pm of December 09, 2020 and conducted forensic investigation
and collected all potential pieces of evidence; and

d. That the crime scene was formally released to SPO4 April Cruz of Villanueva
Police Station and security cordon was lifted on/a 11:40 pm, December 09, 2020

your reference which will form as an integral part of the Case Folder of Robbery with
Homicide incident.
