organization?

Manager
The manager is a professional who acts as the boss in the team and is responsible
for the employees in the team. often managers are in charge of running a specific
department in their company. There are many types of managers, but they usually
have tasks such as performance evaluation and decision making. In simple terms,
the manager is responsible for maintaining the business operations/day-to-day
running of the business.

 Managerial Role
1. Planning: When you think of planning in a management role, think about it
as the process of choosing appropriate goals and actions to pursue and
then determining what strategies to use, what actions to take, and deciding
what resources are needed to achieve the goals.
2. Organizing: This process of establishing worker relationships allows
workers to work together to achieve their organizational goals.
3. Leading: This function involves articulating a vision, energizing employees,
inspiring and motivating people using vision, influence, persuasion, and
effective communication skills.
4. Staffing: Recruiting and selecting employees for positions within the
company (within teams and departments).
5. Controlling: Evaluate how well you are achieving your goals, improving
performance, taking actions. Put processes in place to help you establish
standards, so you can measure, compare, and make decisions.

Leader
Leaders are all about taking risks and challenging the status quo. leaders motivate
others to achieve something new and better. Interestingly, leaders do what they do
to pursue innovation, not as an obligation. they hit it big by seeing the team's
accomplishments and building a vision for people to follow.
 Leadership Role
These are some of the most typical leadership role:
1. Instuctive Role
Leaders serve as communicators who make decisions about every element of an
organisation. For instructive purposes, a number of factors must be taken into
account, including where to carry out orders and how to carry out, carry out, and
report findings. Therefore, every choice can be properly implemented.

2. Consultative Role
The consultative process can be used by leaders as a two-way dialogue. When a
leader needs significant input from the group he leads in order to set policies or
make decisions, this type of communication is necessary. A leader can then decide
effectively and efficiently.
3. Participation Role
Members are involved in every policy decision made by this function. A leader must
take action in this way to provide his followers the chance to take part in carrying out
the necessary tasks.
4. Delegation Role
Leaders must demonstrate trust by giving their followers authority and a voice in
decision-making. This is necessary since a leader working alone will not be able to
fulfil corporate goals as effectively.

Why manager and leader are important in organization?

Management is responsible for implementing the tactics and orchestrating the
actions that move the business towards its goals, and it is leadership that determines
those goals. Leaders determine the overall vision, goals, and direction of the
company, while managers look after the day-to-day business operations and handle
the ins and outs of creating the course to get there. Therefore, managers and
leaders are important in organizations.
