I will be more equipped with knowledge, skills, attitudes and values so that I could share them to my 21st century learners. I should teach/model so that learners will emulate the teacher. I should also be a subject matter expert, a great facilitator of learning, and a firm classroom manager to ensure quality of learning among learners. What challenges or difficulties did you There are several challenges or difficulties that I experience during the course? encountered during the course. One of these and I think is the biggest reason is time management that I really learned the hard way during the SEAMEO. Due to a lot of demand in our teaching profession, especially that the modality of teaching today is Modular Distance Learning due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I really have to set time to read the modules and required readings as well as make time in making the course requirements. I often bring these works at home. In course requirements, it is really relevant and applicable in our field. In our FLT competency, yes, he is very much knowledgeable on the topics.
