Unlock the hook at the both side of lid using a flat-bladed screwdriver.

Remove the earth cable attached to the Main B’D using a flat blade
driver.

Pull the Main B’D toward the left and unlock the hooks
at the top of the Main B’D.

When the error 11 is lasting even though the Sensor and the Cable are
normal, replace the sensor “D” .

when press “eject Button” at the front cover.
Be sure that the cable of main
motor, cable # CN5, is properly
connected to the Main B’D, Right-
Bottom.

Check the status of each sensor on LCD menu . If you find an abnormal
sensor, replace the troubled one.

Ribbon Error
(Error Code 14)
* Case: Failure in seeking for the right position of ribbon, color ribbon
only
2. Check the value of ribbon sensor and Adjust the value. (Proper value :
530~570).
3. Diagnose the light transmission sensor and the light reception sensor.

If you still have the error even though you set the ribbon sensor
