Stay home.
Stay safe.
Follow the different principles below to help you stay
productive and in the best work from home flow.

Need to have a routine.


T - Thankfulness - pause every single day that you’re
grateful.
I - Insight - Take some time to go within.
M - Meditation - Genius meditations.
E - Exercise - 20 pushups, 20 sit ups, 20 squats, 20 lunges.
S - Sleep.
Change your environment.
Location has energy and time has memory.
You need a work environment to get into work mode.
Time frame - Make sure that work has a time on it.
Plan your distraction.
Down time for yourself.
Know when is down time.
Be yourself this space.
Get ready!!
Feel that you’re getting ready for work.
Make sure you look presentable.

Start with your priorities first and then the priorities of others.

Make your to-do list the night before.

Don’t expect yourself to be as productive as in the workplace.

Cut yourself some slack.

Realize that some days you’ll work better from home and
others not so much.

Try your best to be more organized and plan your schedule


ahead.

Remember, this is physical distancing, not social distancing.

Plan your social time.

This is the time to take our power back by building our side
hustles, certifications, online courses etc.
