Dear Sir,

We confirm that the above Society has been registered under No. __________

dated with the Dy. Registrar of Co-op. Societies. The society is situated at

____floor of __ building is owned and possessed by

____________________________ the Seller/Transferor. He/She is

entitled to a firm allotment of a flat No. _________ Measuring

2] The agreed cost of the flat is Rs. _______________ (Rupees __________

paid by Mr. _______________________________________ (the

Purchaser to the society, as transfer fees and no dues to the society are

member Transferor / Vendor / Seller in relation of the said flat.

bonafide Member (Membership No. ____) of our Society and has been

issued Share Certificate No. ____ dated ___________ comprising of

5] We will issue Share Certificate/s to the above Purchaser Mr.

_______________________ after the execution of Sale Deed between the

Seller and Purchaser.

7] The Seller/Transferor has not availed of any loan from the society and

does not have any pending dues with the society.

8] In the event of the cancellation of the above allotment/purchase of a flat

before actual possession thereof by him/her either on account of his/her

withdrawing the application or on cancelling the allotment for any reasons

whatsoever, We-the society undertake that we will not allow the transfer

of the said flat and shares and the sum of Rupees _________ paid by the

Purchaser Mr. _______ will be returned to the purchaser within one

month of such cancellation.

10] We confirm that we have complied with all the necessary conditions set

out in the orders of the Competent Authority under the Urban Land

(Ceiling & Regulations) Act, 1976.

11] We also confirm that we have complied with all the conditions set out by

the local authorities while sanctioning the layout plan etc.

12] We also confirm that there is/are no pending litigations in respect of the

said land Building and/or flat concerned.

13] We have no objection for Mr. _________________________________ to

transfer the said Flat No. __________ Co-Operative HSG Society to Mr.

______________________________________.

14] We are ready and willing to accept Mr. _________________________ as

a member of our said society in place of Mr. ___________________
