Multiple Images
Multiple Images
Q.1
number of images
formed as you vary the
angle between the
mirrors?
What relationship
Q.2
exists between the
number of images
formed and the angle
between two mirrors?
Use the data on the
Q.3
table to derive the
formula for
determining the
number of images
formed by two mirrors.
How should the
Q.4
mirrors be arranged
such that an infinite
number of images will
be formed or seen?
Can you guess
where these places
are? And Why
“Where am I” these multiple
images are
important?

these terms and
connect it with your
lesson.
Image formed VS. Angle
The image of the object is inversely proportional
with the angle of the two mirrors to be use
N=( 360)/Ѳ-1
It is the formula to get the number of formed
image in which N is the number of formed
image, and teta is the angle 360 divided by
the angle minus 1 will have the number of
images formed.
Infinite Image
0 angle will produce infinite image because
the lesser the angle the more the images will
form.
