Openin Charisse: Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. – Welcome to our session!
g Praise be Jesus and Mary! It is our greatest pleasure to welcome you all to
our learning session. We are live and exclusive here in our virtual room for
the education students of Lourdes College, the Lourdesian’s Association of
Language Majors!
Netique Shaddrach: Now, before we begin with this Afternoon’s learning session,
tte here are some NETIQUETTES I would like to emphasize to maximize our
experience today.
First off, everyone is asked to please turn on your cameras so that we can
see each other virtually. Again, I would like to reiterate that everyone is
asked to switch on their cameras.
Moving on, to avoid sound interference, kindly turn off your microphones
during our session. Please make sure you are away from any distractions so
you may not miss a single detail of our event.
Third, may I request the students as well as the staff to please change your
zoom names into the (Program Abbreviation__your name). Example
TEP_Charisse.
Also, we encourage everyone to please change your virtual background that
has been sent in the chat box.
Lastly, the meet may be recorded for documentation purposes so please
type OTR on the chat box or OKAY TO RECORD. Thank you for your kind

Openin Charisse: Once again, I’d like to greet everyone on this very lovely
g afternoon, especially to all the students, teachers, and honored guests

I am Vylette Gail Miquiabas, your vibrant educator.
Shaddrach: I am Jeremy Tañajora, your Jolly Educator.
And we are your moderators for today's virtual session.
Charisse: This event has been a reminder for us to be resilient in many
ways, such as- to refresh, to reinforce, and to improve the learning of the
teachers.
Shaddrach: Exactly, partner! This is a refreshing event to remind us that we
must build confidence when we are doing public speaking and we are doing
it now partner, right?!
Charisse: Yes, indeed!
Shaddrach: But before we proceed to our event proper, let us first hear and
acknowledge our dear participating TEP students under Lourdesian’s
Association of Language Majors who are here in our virtual room.
Charisse: Now, to our honorable guest and participants, please type in a

Shaddrach: Wow, I can see it coming! Now please type in a yellow heart if

Shaddrach: Alright, there you have it, now it seems like a wonderful day to
start our learning session because we will be discussing another timely and
relevant topic especially to our respective major which is the Building Self-
Confidence in Public Speaking
