EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

RHB Café is different types of coffee. Coffee is often used as antioxidants, but more
importantly coffee is a good source of chromium and magnesium that assist in controlling
blood sugar by ensuring proper usage of insulin. Coffee is the favorite drink of the civilized
world. Coffee stimulates the central nervous system, causing increased alertness. Coffee
gives most people a temporary energy to boost and improve mood. Coffee will be affordable
for the customers because of its cheap price.
Coffee grown worldwide can trace its heritage back centuries to the ancient coffee
forest on the Ethiopian plateau. The legend says that the goat, Herder Kaldi, first discovered
the potential of this beloved beans.
My product would be a business partnership made up of two or more people
depending on the amount of the capital and or budget required. The partnership would be on
an equal footing and have agreed upon terms and conditions. As partners, we should share in
the ideas, profits, losses and even in the capital as well as any other benefits.
Since I was a child, I learned how crucial coffee is for all the workers, students and
others. With my experience with my grandfather making them to stimulate the energy of the
workers. I will utilize this experience to offer relaxation as well as to let my customers have
their energy be boosted somehow.
I believed that anyone may start their own business, if they have a good chance of
succeeding and are willing to take risks and to put in the effort, perseverance and be
passionate about it.
MARKETING PLAN
The customers need that is being filled is their cravings and satisfaction to my
product. It has a good flavor, great aroma and has exact sweetness. Its is good to enhance our
energy level and improve memory alertness. My product will be made by the use of some
machines, manpower and other equipment. I will gather the materials to the other company
that sells the materials needed to my business. The future products that will be offer will be
some others kinds of coffee that is new to the taste of my costumers. My product will be
distributed by the distributors (deliveries, dine in and take out orders).I believed that my
product will become one of the famous product in coffee industry in world.
My customers will be anyone like students, youth and elders that loves to drink
coffee. Having at least 100 customers a day my business will grow and be successful in the
future. My information that support my decision about my costumers is everyone loves coffee
and this is what we are used to drink when we wake up or late at night. The growth potential
for this business is to generate larger profits, expand its workforce and increase production.
My plan for the growth is to attract many costumer and work harder. My information to
support my decision for growth of my business is skills ,risk taking ,grab opportunities and
more knowledge how to become a successful entrepreneur.
My main competitors are the one that have a business that is similar to my business in
the industry of coffee. My competitors strengths are they have their own experience and
reputations in the industry and their weaknesses are their product is common and old to the
industry of coffee. My market position will be market niche in order to dominate specific
area.My competitive advantage are reasonable prices and innovated products. The image of
my business will be successful and famous. My business will be located at Buag,
Bambang,Nueva Vizcaya.
I determine my pricing strategy based on the size of the cups and the type of the
coffee. My prices on my product are cheaper compared to the competition.
I want to start my own business and make it become the most popular and successful
coffee shop then share my product to the world. My promotional plan is having a buy one
take one for a week after opening of my business and through the use of internet
(Facebook,Twitter,Instagram), flyers, posters and advertisement to promote my business in
coffee industry.

MANAGING RECORD KEEPING

 Paper ledger: If your volume of business is modest and you're uncomfortable with
technology, working with paper is simple and straightforward. You can use a basic
ledger book or one of the numerous "one-write" systems that use carbon paper to post
each entry to multiple accounts. The downside is that your accountant will take longer
– and probably charge more – to create your reports.
 Spreadsheet: Setting up a simple spreadsheet is also an option for smaller operators.
Once the spreadsheet is created, it's just as easy to use as a paper ledger and has the
advantage that your accountant or bookkeeper can easily export the data to more
powerful accounting software.
 Small-business accounting software: Popular small-business accounting programs
such as QuickBooks, Sage or Xero work well for restaurants when they're set up with
a suitable set of accounts. The accountant or bookkeeper you work with will probably
already use a specific program and will set you up on it unless you have a good reason
for using something else.

LICENSE, PERMIT OR REGULATIONS

 Barangay Permit, Business permit & Mayor’s permit- a way to monitor and keep
track of all businesses that are operating within their region or jurisdiction.
 Department of Trade and Industry registration- provide it with a legal identity and
gain the rights to use your business name. Remember that a business name (BN)
registration is not a license to operate a business.
 Register your business in the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR)- BIR is the tax
governing agency in the Philippines. As such, they collect internal revenue taxes,
charges, and fees. They also control finance, taxation, and monetary policy in the
Philippines. The Philippine government tasks the BIR to enforce fines and penalties
on persons and companies failing to file their tax compliances on time.

INSURANCES OR BENEFITS FOR THE EMPLOYEES
 Social Security System- administers social security protection to workers in the
private sector. Social security provides replacement income for workers in times of
death, disability, sickness, maternity and old age
 PhilHealth- provide health insurance coverage and ensure affordable, acceptable,
available and accessible health care services for all citizens of the Philippines.
 PAG-IBIG- the government agency responsible for providing housing programs and
benefits for employees in the private and public sectors.
TYPES OF PAYMENT
