This is in reference to the late ending of program in the BSRS for the program GMAW NC II, which ended
June 24, 2022.

For our justification on the said action not done, the person in charge went on Absent Without Leave
(AWOL). The management was not aware of the unfinished work by the said employee.

The program in the BSRS was tagged ended on September 9, 2022.

May we request for your consideration regarding this matter and rest assured that this same mistake
will not be incurred in the future.
