    On behalf of the whole Parayao National High School, the undersigned would like to request your good
    office to conduct an ocular inspection in our school in relation to its readiness and preparedness for the
    implementation of face-to-face classes using the School Safety assessment Tool (SSAT).

    This follows the strict conditions set by the Department of Education, the Department of Health (DOH)
    and the Inter-Agency Task Force on Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID) to ensure the safety and
    protection of all personnel and students while inside the school.

    Your utmost cooperation on this matter is highly appreciated especially by our students who are now
    eager to be back in school and by our dear parents who long to see their children be in the traditional face
