Rationale: An organizational structure is a hierarchical outline of a school’s roles,


teams, and employees. Organizational structures describe what employees
do, whom they report to, and how decisions are made across the
department.

Organizational structure is important for any school to provide guidance


and clarity on specific human resource issues, such as managerial authority.

Goal/s: Establish accountability, information flow, authority and distribution of


responsibilities

Objectives: 1. To establish accountability, information flow, authority and distribution


of responsibilities To construct a long table for computer sets.
2. To help everyone involved in the school to clarify and understand
everyone else's role and scope.
