    Key Responsibilities & work Experience

    1. To study the Isometric drawing received from the clients and to identify the pipe line and
    carry out the execution work.
    2. Supervise fabrication and erection of pipe spools and pipe supports according to the latest
    construction isometric drawing.
    3. Check the flow direction arrows on valves, verify that they are properly identified and valves
    are installed in accordance with flow direction.
    4. Ensure the pipe supports, Hangers and guides have been installed in accordance with the
    piping drawings and pipe support details.
    5. line check verify the use of correct material fittings,valves,and supports, prior to hydro test
    and prepare punch list for incomplete works, check and closing after the work is done.
    6. Conduct safety walk through in the site in coordination with the safety department on
    weekly basis.
    7. Supervise pre-commissioning activities such as flushing/air blowing, system
    tightness/leak testing of piping system.
    8. Ensure proper materials bolt, gasket and proper torque value as per project specification
    requirement.

    Position: QA/QC Engineer
    1.Review of Quality related documents.
    2.Visual Inspection of welding joints and marking up the defects.
    3.To verify the work is carried out as per EIL standards and its job specifications.
    4.Line Check prior to request for inspection, to find the punch points and follow up whether the
    punch points have been closed.
    5.Review of line history sheet (LHS), to check whether all reports are enclosed in the LHS like
    RT, DPT/MPT and its groupings.
    6.To solve quality issues like closing NCR and QDR.

    Dangote Refinery Petrochemical Project:


    China National Chemical Engineering Corporation (CNCEC)(Feb 2022-June 2022).
    Position: Senior QA/QC Engineer.
    1.Fit up and weld visual inspection. Mark up the defects and get the repaired to be done.
    2.Witness of NDT requirements for specific piping classes and is done as per approved
    procedure.
    3.RT Interpretation to be done, related NDT documents to be reviewed and get the signature
    from approved PMC.
    4.Rectification and closure of quality issues raised by PMC or Customer.
    5. Training and supervise the welders and NDT technicians.
    6.Line History sheet to be reviewed and involve in line walk down at site along with PMC.
    7.Close all the punch point categories given by client and loop file clearance.
    8.Solve the technical query raised at site with co-ordination with PMC and clients.
    Accountabilities of NDT
    1. Knowledge of Magnetic particle Inspection using Yoke Technique with AC and DC & Prod.
    2.Ultrasonic inspection of welded pipes, plates & various kinds of jobs.
    3. Inspections of blasted surface as per SSPC and coating thickness.
