Humana Inc. operates as a health and well-being company in the United States. The company offers medical and
supplemental benefit plans to individuals. It also has a contract with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services
to administer the Limited Income Newly Eligible Transition prescription drug plan program; and contracts with
various states to provide Medicaid, dual eligible, and long-term support services benefits.
Responsibilities:

 Actively involved in interacting with business users to record user requirements and Business Analysis.
 Analyzed business and system requirements to identify system impacts.
 Created Technical Design Document from business requirements document (BRD).
 Created the Detail Technical Design Documents which have the ETL technical specifications for the
given functionality.

Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey provides health insurance coverage; this project integrates from
multiple application into data into enterprise data warehouse.
This project involves building a data warehouse by consolidating data from a variety of Sources into a central data
warehouse to solve multiple use cases to support downstream application. This project comes under Government
Program: Medicaid and Medicare under the government Program, which integrate data from various source
legacy system like facets, QNXT, Leon etc.
Responsibilities:

 Worked with the business team to gather requirements for projects and created strategies to handle the
requirements.

 Used Informatica PowerCenter for (ETL) extraction, transformation and loading data from
heterogeneous source systems into target database.
 Designed and developed complex mappings using Mapping Designer to move data from multiple
sources and transformed data into a common target area such as Data Marts and Data Warehouse.
 Used transformations like Aggregators, Sorter, Dynamic lookups, Connected & unconnected lookups,

U.S. Bancorp provides various financial services in the United States. It operates in Corporate and Commercial
Banking, Consumer and Business Banking, Wealth Management and Investment Services, Payment Services, and
Treasury and Corporate Support segments.
The business users need this central system for key decisions making which are currently served by ad-hoc
reporting and manual comparisons. this project collects data into Teradata database from various source system
using ETL Informatica tools, to generate various reports and dashboard to support the operational and ad hoc
reporting using Cognos and tableau.
Responsibilities:

 Analysis, requirements gathering, functional/technical specification, development, deploying and testing.
