The undersigned nominal complainant hereby accuses the above-


named respondent for the administrative offense of Grave Offense (specific
provisions of the Revised Rules on Administrative Cases in the Civil Service
(RRACCS), committed as follows:

“That while being active Non-Uniform Personnel of the PNP and


within the disciplinary jurisdiction of the Chief, PNP, did then and
there, willfully, unlawfully and without legal or justifiable cause
absented himself on (specific dates of AWOL), in violation of
(Specific provisions of RRACCS), for Grave Offense.

Contrary to existing PNP laws, rules and regulations.
