Since the Eco-Grill Charcoal Briquettes are created from organic waste, they are much safer

than other charcoal briquettes that use dangerous chemicals and/or substances as binders.

Due its hardness, does not easily disintegrate.

Eco-Grill Charcoal Briquettes have their own direct distribution system in place, allowing them to

reach clients directly. The company may choose to do this by opening its own storefronts or by selling

all the products online.

Indirect Distribution System – Eco-Grill Charcoal Briquettes, includes channel partners including

wholesalers, retailers, logistics providers, and distribution agents.

We employ the promotion mix, also known as the integrated marketing communication

strategy, which is a combination of the numerous advertising tools available for Eco-Grill

PROMOTION :
1. Direct Marketing - We’ll send our salespersons to distribute samples of our product door

to door for free in selected areas.

2. Mass Media or Social Media - in any flatform we will try to post it on a page or an fb

account or any social media account like instagram and also tiktok to notice our product.

3. Events - Mall Kiosks- for promoting our products we try to prime visitings locations

nearby selected areas. Also we can sponsor and take up stall in any upcoming food festival to

use our product for their food preparation.

ISSUES AND CHALLENGES:

The challenges would be category- specific. Implementation of packaging

standardization norms appears to be the big challenge. We are constraint because we lack

machinery to produce biomass briquettes as fuel for cooking but, These contribute to the

community ; sustainable development is includes social, economic & environmental benefits.
