    1ST 2ND CEILING WALL FLOOR TRUNKING & CONDUIT INSTALLTION

    1. Check material & accessories approved by consulatant / Client

    2. Ensure the routing of trunking & conduit follow as per approval


    shop drawing.
    3. Ensure proper bend, correct height and enough rod/ bracket/
    clamp used for support.
    4. Make sure spacing of support for different conduit sizes used,
    per request.
    5. Make sure use correct sizes of truking and conduit to have
    enough spaces for pull/laying cable.
    6. All conduit on walls are to be run neatly, horizontally or
    vertically.
    7. Firestops install at penetrations through fire partitions / fire
    wall / smoke partitions or floor.
    8. Ensure penetrations through floor / exterior wall and above
    ceiling sealed.
    9. Flexible connections to equipment with approved length and
    secured propelly with trunking or conduit
    10. Labeling on trunking and conduit.

    1. Check material & accessories approved by Consulatant / Client

    2. Ensure use approved sizes of cable as per approved shop


    drawing.
    3. Ensure all the cable dropper or the point according to
    fittings / panel / equipment location.
    4. Prepare spare length of cable avaliable before do any
    termination on fittings / panel / equipment.
    5. Ensure the cable bending radius, acceptable.

    6. Ensure cable plug / clamp for termination on DB


    panel used.
    7. Ensure cable labeling and carry on proper insulation test.

    1ST 2ND CEILING WALL FLOOR LIGHT FITTINGS INSTALLTION

    1. Ensure all the wiring work complete and tested.

    2. Refer approved shop drawing / latest version before


    installtion.
    3. Ensure all the light fittings received at site as per approved
    material submission.
    4. Light fittings to be install in line and parallel with other line of
    fixtures as per approved drawing.
    5. Ensure heavy light fittings shall be support from ceiling / slab,
    as approved material from consulatant.
    6. Make sure light fittings connected with earthing cable on the
    base.
    7. Ensure light fiitings clean before installtion and shall used
    gloves during installation.
    8. No finger prints or dust on light fitting louvers.

    9. Double check correct lamp are fixed as per approved drawing.

    10. Turn on/off lighting for testing.

    2. Verify all the switches / socket location and height from
    consultant and client.
    3. Ensure install alignment with other switches / socket.

    4. Ensure parallel installtion of socket outlet not to near each


    other.
    5. Ensure follow approved shop drawing on switches / socket
    outlet location on tiles / carpet / funiture / waldrope .
    6. Ensure the switches / socket on off switch in good
    condition.
    7. Labeling on switches and socket / update circuit details /
    location or area
    8. Procceed with testing.
