Hints How To Add ZAIN Email Account To Your MS Outlook

To add a ZAIN email account to Microsoft Outlook, open Outlook and select File then Add Account. Input your ZAIN email address and click Connect, then select Exchange and click More choices before selecting Use different account. Input your account prefixed by sa\ and the domain name, ensuring to check Remember my credentials to avoid re-entering the password when restarting Outlook. Close and reopen Outlook - the ZAIN email account will now be configured.

Hints how to add ZAIN email account to your MS Outlook

Please follow the below steps and snapshots to configure your ZAIN email in MS Outlook.

In case of any support needed:

Please raise request to our IT Support [email protected] , cc: [email protected]

1- Open your Outlook and Click File, then Add Account


2- Input your ZAIN Email , click Connect

3- Select Exchange
4- Click More choices, select Use different Account
5- Input your account prefixed by sa\ (Domain name, without it won’t work)
Check Remember my credentials, to avoid asking for password next Outlook restart.

6- Close your outlook and start it again, that is ALL FOLKS
