food program, the democratic republic of
Congo in Central Africa is the country with

Congolese are malnourished but India has
the most malnourished people, because
there are simply very many India’s (1.2
billion)
In India, an estimated 221 million people
are malnourished.

Activity
This time I will be dividing you into three
(5) groups. Please start counting.

themselves into three)

Each group will be given an envelope


that has jumbled letters inside. When
you complete the jumbled letters, you
need to give some examples about this

the purpose of it to our body. Each
group will choose a leader, presenter
and secretary.
You have 20 minutes to do the activity
and if you are done you are about to do
a yell as your sign that you are done.

adolescence?
Because a healthy eating leads to a

Eating healthy is an important part of a
healthy lifestyle and is something that
should be thought at a young age.

So, Healthy eating during adolescence is


important as body changes during this
time affect an individual’s nutritional and
dietary needs. Teens are becoming more
independent and making much food
decision on their own, many teens have a
growth spurt and increase in appetite and
need healthy foods to meet their needs.
On this time of pandemic, is eating healthy Yes, because we need to fight with the
foods needed and why? covid-19 such as eating vegetables,
fruits and other nutritious foods that
could help to strengthen our body.

body.

It is a category of diseases that includes

In poor nutrition there are two types:
 Under-nutrition not enough calories
for energy inadequate nutrients.
 Over-nutrition too many calories-
obesity wrong kinds of food-

Can anyone give or share us his/her
thought what the importance of healthy
foods to our body?
I believe that the significance of eating a
healthy food leads us to good body
condition which helps us to strengthen
our resistance.

In addition, we need to inculcate in our
mind that going through a healthy body.
We need also to have self-discipline and
limit our wants and needs so that we can

For me, Dietician works with healthy and

Dieticians are heavily regulated where you
need to meet specific professional
requirements and register with the relevant
body in order to call yourself a dietician.
While nutritionist is often not regulated by
