I. How do I know well of myself?

"Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom" - Aristotle

The relationship with ourselves is one of the most important relationships in our lives. If you fully understand who you are, then people will
get to know you. There are things that I do for me to know myself well. First is Questioning. By simply asking yourself a question, you will know more
about yourself. Asking myself is one of the most important things for me to know myself. By asking myself, "What is my favorite food?" My favorite food
is Kaldereta. In that way, I can recognize what is my favorite food. I can also ask myself, "What are my short-term goals?" My short-term goal is to start
doing something new. For example, reading a book, practicing a new song on a guitar, or learning how to cook. That is my short-term goal. Furthermore,
asking myself about what am I grateful for will also help me to know me well. I am grateful for my life - I can get to live another day. I am also grateful
for my family, especially my parents, it's because they are the ones why I am here today. They help me to be a better version of myself. The guidance
that they gave me. The work that they did to fulfill our needs, especially during this time of online distance learning.
Second is Recognizing. You will learn more about yourself if you can accept what is occurring to you. By identifying your personality type,
your strengths, your accomplishments, and your weaknesses. These are a few of the things I recognize in myself. For example, I discovered that I
have a variety of skills, including singing and playing the guitar. I have knowledge of Microsoft apps in terms of technicalities. In addition, I have decent
video and photo editing skills. These are the qualities I identified as my strong points. I also realized that I have an ambivert personality and enjoy living
in both the introvert and extrovert worlds. I also recognized my accomplishments. Even if it is just as little as a coin or as big as a boulder. A little step
is still progress. By recognizing my accomplishments, I am energized to do more, to do better, and keep trying. Additionally, recognizing my weaknesses
will also help me to know myself well. Acknowledging the fact that we are always not good. That there are times that we need help. That we have our
limitations.
Trying comes last. We must experiment with many things, something new or unfamiliar. Something uncomfortable. I'll learn more about
myself if I try. It's fine to simply experiment with various clothing options that are new for me. Either I'll find it appealing or I won't. By joining a singing
contest even if I'm not that confident. It's either I will win or I will learn. We will not lose something if we try. In fact, we will learn. I will learn that I have
limitations. I will learn that I need to improve. I'll realize that I need to get better. For everyone who matters to me as well as for myself, I need to
improve.
In conclusion, knowing ourselves and being aware of what's happening to us is very important. Because if we know ourselves, it will help us
to make better decisions in our lives. We will know what to improve, and we will be better. If we know ourselves, we will worry less. We will not worry
about what other people might say, or even if we made the right decision.
II. How I understand myself:

A. Spiritual Self
In terms of religious beliefs and practices, I am a not-so-religious person. I did not go to church religiously. I sometimes forget to
give thanks for the food that I have. But in terms of my Spiritual Self, I never forget to find peace everytime. Find my purpose in life. I always
acknowledge that every person has different beliefs and principles in life. I practice finding peace and avoiding those negative things that
can affect my inner self. Being aware of my self-worth as well is one that I recognized the most. Staying at the present moment and practicing
empathy.
B. Physical Self
When it comes to my Physical Self, I can say that I am now at the peak of my physical efficiency. I will not say that I am the
strongest, but I can say that I am healthy enough. I don't get sick that much. That my body can function well and I often don 't feel any pain
in my body. In terms of my body image, I see myself as a healthy person. A skinny tall person. And if we will talk about my self-esteem, it is
not as high as when we were a child when we are not conscious of our appearance or how we look. Entering the adolescence stag e give
me a struggle, especially with the appearance of acne. I also educate myself about what's happening in our bodies as time goes by. With
that, I become aware of the changes that occurred and how I will handle them.
C. Social Self

In terms of my social self, I understand that I am an ambivert. I enjoy being alone, in the house and feeling the company of myself.
I also enjoy the feeling of being able to explore outside and do some things with friends. I understand that sometimes we will be drained, that
we will not have that social battery to communicate with other people.I also agree with what George Mead said that development is dependent
on social interaction and social experiences. I noticed the difference between what I am now and what I am before. When I was younger, I
was very shy and timid but when I get to experience different things and I get to socialize with different types of people, I noticed that I can
communicate more with other people, and other social groups.
