Effort, diligence, and hard work make any project, into success. She would like to

show her most gratifying and deepest gratitude to the following who gave their support for the

success and completion of this portfolio:

Her parents and sibling for their unending support, love and care which served as her

inspiration to continue what she had started in the midst of struggles in life;

Her professors at Sacred Heart College, for always believing to the pre-service

teacher’s ability to aim high and perform the best that she can;

Her formators at Gulang-Gulang National High School, for all the knowledge,

support and guidance they have shared and for helping her on how to be a great teacher

someday;

Mrs. Rowena Abel, her cooperating teacher during her on-campus practice teaching

for the support and guidance as she take the first steps on becoming a professional teacher;

Mr. Lloyd Alzola, school principal of Sacred Heart College, for welcoming them in

the Integrated Basic Education Department and supporting them throughout their on-campus

practice teaching;

Ms. Annjobel M. Pada, her cooperating teacher for guiding her during her off-

campus practice teaching and for helping her understand the behaviour of the students and

become an effective teacher;

Mr. Rodolfo A. Sena Jr., school principal of Gulang-Gulang National High School,

for guiding them in their off campus practice teaching and helping them whenever they have

queries in mind;

Dr. Leonora Y. Paleracio, her formator and dean of the College of Teacher

Education, for her inspiring words, time, effort, advice, and patience in guiding and molding

all of pre-service teachers to be holistically inclined teachers in the future;
