Narrative Report in

I. Introduction

Under Child and adolescent Development of Mrs. Rosalie A. Ocaris, we the

3rd year students of BTLED HE 3B are divided into five groups and each are
required to make modules as our final output. In this report, each member of
the group is given an opportunity to speak up their thoughts, assessment and
critics. At first the group 2 plan essential things before establishing
modules. What to do first, what to do next, and what to do then must be
carefully set and agreed by the group doing the planning.

In the operations, teamwork is a must. Though we still didn't know each other
so much at the beginning, we tried to be part and close to each member of the
group for the purpose of promoting mutual interests. In addition, it also helps
us adjust what behaviour we should project to each member. It’s really nice to
have friends. We really enjoy the activity. Making ties with people is cool,
especially knowing that we will be compensated with our hard work at the end
of the semester. When the activity was given to us , we found it really
helpful to us mainly because the activity challenged each one of us to work
independently and at the same time collaboratively. And this activity helped
us a lot to apply our learnings about the lessons that we had in our
modules.Making this module our group builds teamwork and problem-
solving skills. It might be hard for us in the first place but as time goes by
this will become interesting because it offers us as a students the
opportunity to develop friends with our groupmate than we might make in
school having shared interests.
Finally, from the entire experience that our group had everytime we met, we
learnt the importance of having teamwork. Our efforts were not in vain
because we were almost done in making our modules. And This activity
that is given to us made each member realize something that boosts our
confidence. We realized that teaching and learning does not need to be
limited to textbooks and blackboards. With other school activities for
students, learning in school becomes an interesting and an enjoyable
exercise.
