1. Preparation, beveling, and tack welding of 16" pipes; 2. Full welding of accepted pipe joints; 3. Inspection & testing
activities (e.g. FDT, QC); 4. Concrete cutting & chipping of box culvert area; 5. Breaking of rip rap rocks outside box culvert
area;

All activities should be per approved Method Statement (MS), and Contractor shall have a hard copy available at site.
The approved Inspection Test Plan (ITP) shall be implemented, and hold points shall be witnessed by SPPC.
